Their phone number is only ever busy. Just called with redial for one hour straight. Nothing. A month ago, this wasn't the case. What happened?
1 start for the traffic department, rude and not willing to collaborate with clients for elaborate questions
My first experience here at this courthouse was awful. From disrespectful parking staff to the staff and security guards IN the courthouse, Not happy with the service whatsoever.
Great place get a lot of work done daily gets busy at 4-4:30
Post proper contact number and atleast answer calls
My rating is 0!! NO STARS!!! Santa Monica Courthouse is horrible!!! Court was Nov. 7, 2017 4 months later March 13 there was not minute order or Judges ruling!! clerk office has no idea where the order of minutes is!!!! Santa Monica Court is not responsible or organized!!! obviously not doing there job! They have put peoples finances in jeopardy!!
after 25++ rings NO one answered the call and I was instructed to call later, SAD
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. i just got off the phone with a man called "Christian" or so he said he was called. he said he was not providing a last name because it was not necessary. he was the worst call center rep, he was short with his responses and unwilling to help in anyway. There is no reason for this and i believe this guy should not be working in a place where people call for information and assistance with very important topics. he also refused to transfer me over to his supervisor when i asked to speak with someone else. this guy really needs to be fired!!!!!!
I got a ticket back in 2015. I went twice in person since I couldn't find my ticket online. The traffic court tellers are so rude. I moved 2 months after I got my ticket; when notices were sent they were going to my old address. The new house tenant contacted me (thank god) once they sent a letter saying I had to pay a bail amount of $730.00. When I went to the court the lady told me I had to pay the full bail amount (according to her it was my only option) when I asked her about my license hold everything she could say was"im not the dmv". I left and went online where I was being charged only $430 so I went ahead and paid that. After that my ticket was put to case closed so I went to my local court house and made all the questions Santa Monica tellers could not answer me. Plus I didn't have to pay the $300 for civil assessment Santa Monica tellers were charging me.
