  I love Saunders bumpy cake and hot fudge so I figured that their candies would be great. Big mistake, and total waste of money. The buckeye candies are terrible, worse buckeye I have been had. The texture was all off, and the flavor was not very good either. Chocolate dipped pretzels were nasty. Chocolate on then was okay, but the pretzels were stale and very cheap so that when bitten they fall apart all over. Very thin layer of chocolate on them. Thechoclae for both products was terrible, tasted like very cheaply made chocolate that was not worth the price we paid. Only reason I give two stares is because the staff was friendly and prompt about the service.

  The service on the fudge side of the store was great. The employees were just so friendly! We weren't planning on buying fudge, but I'm glad we did. I wanted to get some just because the employees were so good to us!

  There was a poster behind the counter that said "buy two slices of fudge, get a large bag of popcorn for free". When we asked about it, the employee said she had never heard of it. We asked her to ask someone else, who also didn't know about it. They asked the manager who said it was old and "we don't really do that anymore". I told her they should honor it or take it down, she couldn't ever give me a straight answer and started ignoring the topic. The fudge was fine but the service was poor and we had to wait for a while. Had much better experiences at the other shops, especially Joann's, which had EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

  Delicious treats and teas! The store is visually appealing and reels in its future patrons with robust aromas. If Hell is filled with gluttons then I have officially joined its ranks!

  Sanders was terrible, not only was the salesperson rude and impacient with dead eyes and lack of enthusiasm but the fudge was dry. It tasted like confectionary sugar with food coloring, it was crummy hard and nothing compared to the store next door, Joannes Fudge from Mackinac Island.
