Great clean rooms, nice service. Current construction repaires are of minimal inconvenience. Last week internet was terrible, but that seems to be corrected this trip.

Attend a Seniors Xmas Party. The food was good. However, they could have used a little less seasoning in the food since they were serving senior citizens.

The stay started off all wrong given the front desk attendant was rude. Then we get to the "King Jacuzzi Suite" which is the size of a regular room with a Jacuzzi awkwardly situated in the middle of the room. Definitely nothing like any suite I've ever stayed in. Icing on the cake? The suite is right next to the housekeeping closet and the elevators. The elevators weren't an issue however, housekeeping woke us up every morning that we were there. And when I asked the housekeeper if she could quiet it down some, she said she wasn't making any noise. If you weren't, why would I be peeking in the hallway at 8am to ask you to let us sleep? Finally upon checkout, front desk person had no conversation; didn't even ask how our stay was. Never again.

The hotel is starting to show it's age. Little things like thread bare towels, dated fixtures, a lack of power outlets. Things I have come to expect in a newer hotel. The staff is great, always a smile and a happy good morning for everyone. The one place that has fallen beyond all others is the selection on the dinner menu. When this place first opened it had a great selection, and top of the line cooks. Now it is just one step above getting a quick snack at a gas station. They don't even have a selection of desert's. I hate to say it, but this will be my last stay.

I love staying here; however, my room was not cleaned on the second day and on the first day the pillows were not plush. It looked like the last person that had the room had just left. Good thing is there is a great management team here that addresses your concerns promptly and they are very friendly and understanding. If there's a problem they will fix it.

Horrible! Made reservation through IHG and told then three times I have an 11-pound dog. They said okay. I finally make it to the hotel with my dog, husband and 7-year-old son only to be told they do not accept pets. Called IHG who told me that they were waiving pet fee and that I should be able to stay there as they were accommodating all irma victims with pets. She called hotel and hotel said no they werent't told this but that they would be more than happy to take my reservation back if I paid $150 nonrefundable pet fee. RIDICULOUS!!

The staff was very friendly. The hotel looked nice, as did the rooms. The bathrooms were clean, although a cleaning person left several long black hairs on the floor and in the tub.

I was there with my husband for a business trip I enjoyed my stay there the staff was friendly the rooms was very neat and organize very quite I met a sweet person I believe her name was eboni she was very helpful to our needs front desk was also very friendly we will stay here more often thanks for the great quality keep it up

Lobby is nice and spacious. Room size is ok. Microwave in the room had few burns on plate and some food crumbs left over. Took over 10 minutes to get connected to WiFi. Internet speed is not great. We got moved to different room. Front desk employee was very courteous and helpful in moving. 2nd room we got moved to had one lamp missing in bedside lamp. Housekeepers were still working when we checked in around 7:30 pm. There were trash bags and housekeeping carts in the hallways, food and uses utensils were on the table by the elevator.

Located right off of I-95, the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites was surprisingly nice. The front lobby was very clean and modern. The staff were professional and nice. The rooms were clean but a tad small for a family of four. Maybe there's a bigger suit or room. My wife is notoriously cheap so she got the cheapest room available. The management have me free drinks when I lost change in a vending machine. The breakfast was simple but hearty and included bacon, eggs, biscuits & gravy, milk, waffles, cereals, and juices. Not bad at all.

My wife and I have stayed at this Holiday Inn twice now. It is not as close to town but we love the service and the prices here so we are willing to stay one exit down. The staff is super friendly and every request is met with a 'can do' attitude. The rooms are clean and it is so convenient to have a full service restaurant and bar right in the lobby. Newly remodeled and very clean.
