Great service and a HUGE variety of good quality thrifts. U might have to do some deep searching, but overall a great experience (bring friends so u can chatter about your finds)!

This is a nice, large store but the prices are VERY high for a thrift store. I agree with other posts that mention you can buy new items for nearly the same price. I have found some nice items and good deals, but am usually disappointed.

Best place ever to go for a lot of things. Friendly people and the staff is great. Very clean inside. And the biggest Salvation Army in Michigan. You'll have lots of fun here :-)

Not bad. Has wide variety of items. Open late. Never usually too crowded or have to wait in line too much. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Worst thrift shop I've ever been to. And I go to a lot.
Restock racks block isles, I had to push 3 out of the way so I could get through with my cart. If an aisle isn't clogged with restock racks then there is certainly a lone cart or 2 waiting for you to move it out of your way. It's near impossible to get around the store. And there didn't seem to be anything worth the effort to manuevre through so I left with 1 toy my daughter picked out. And I won't be back.
Also, as others have said the prices are ridiculous! If it's name brand you can get it new on the sale rack for that price or cheaper at the store its originally sold at. The Clinton Township and Sterling Heights SA are much nicer and cleaner but similar pricing.response / report this review -

I love this Salvation Army! They always have a nice selection of things reasonably priced. The staff is nice too. And I love Wednesdays being a senior citizen. Today I got 25% off of my clothes for an upcoming trip. Can't beat that!

Several times recently, I have dropped off many donations, each and every time, the employees at the drop off site have been rude and behave as though they are doing you a great favor by taking your items. Shameful and disappointing. After reading numerous posts regarding this same issue, I'll take my quality donations to a place that will appreciate them and treat people with respect.

I always go here on a Thursday because you get 25% off your purchase if you're a student/teacher. I always find the best clothes here for decent prices. The clothes here are a little pricey compared to other thrift stores I've been to but this store by far has the best clothes to choose from. My cart gets full after every trip here, where at other places I only get about half the cart and only end up leaving with a handful of things I like. Highly recommend!!

Salvation Army is one of our favorite stops. The deals are outstanding, and a lot of the stuff in the store are still in good shape. This is the nicest thrift store I have ever been in. They have color dot sales on different days of the week, and they have a shop card if you spend a certain amount of money you get 30% off a shopping spree.

This is one of their larger (but not largest) stores. Occupies the entire building of a former Super Great Scott.
Well-organized and nicely merchandised, with polite, helpful staff. Of all the SA stores I've visited, have found consistently the best quality and best deals at this location. Each week features a different color tag on sale at 1/2 off. Wednesdays are Senior Discount Day; 55+ get a discount (check for current %). Mention discount before order is rung up.
Friday afternoon through early eve, and similar times Saturday, are usually crazy busy. Closed Sunday. Special sale days are crazy till the last couple of hours before closing. Expect very long lines at these peak times. Store will also be messy during these times, but staff catches up quickly afterward.
