  I was there at opening and I’ll say very dishonest salesmen who treated me with contempt. One thing I can’t stand is being lied to or as I say first hand the impromptu training by the floor manager I think it was and a new employee. Omg flat out bs. Lie on features of a couch and actual words of that’s how we do it. So I left went down the street to garter white found my new recliner n couch there.

  By far the worst experience I've ever had at Art Van. Ray was very rude and kept following us around when we clearly told him we were just looking around and would let him know if we had any questions. It made me very uncomfortable. Its embarrassing for Art Van to have someone like this help out customers. Will never step foot into this store again because how bad I was treated.

  It was super nice that they had displayd of stuff I thought it was unique. Right when u walk in you see a table of snacks or water it's a complimentary table

  Ordered a bed that was supposed to be here at the end of June, didn't receive it until 3 weeks into July. Had to call multiple times to get an answer and was always directed back to our sales representative, and he wouldn't return our calls. It took my girlfriend a week just to get someone to tell us what was going on, then they said it was going to be another 3 weeks before we get our bed. Never shopping here again, awful delivery times, terrible customer service that actually got hostile with my girlfriend, and zero contact from our sales rep.

  Had a great experience with Ray. He was pretty laid back, and wasn't into the high pressure pitch or trying to up sell. Worked with us to get the furniture we wanted at a fair price and was helpful in the post sale as well. Thanks Ray!

  If I could give negative feedback I would. Furniture is cheaply made and over priced. Save yourself the sales pitch and empty promises, just do a bit of research and order your new furniture set online. You'll be much more happier. The couches I bought were $1650 it's been a little over 2 years with just myself and fiance sitting on them and it's pretty much ready for the curb. The handles all snapped just after the 1 year warrenty.. kinda funny right? Then they want 70 dollars for the first 30 minutes of someone comming out to tell me what's wrong when I can clearly see and explain what's wrong and then send someone else out to fix it at that rate AGAIN.. screw you guys. I'll fix it myself, I bet Art has not a 1 piece of furniture that sits in his showroom floor in his own home, BECAUSE IT'S GARBAGE and over priced. Assclowns..

  Horrible horrible customer service! Bought a recliner chair, we picked it up from the warehouse a couples weeks later when it came in, took the plastic off and put it in our living room. We could smell a bad odor that we determined was coming from the chair. We thought it might be the plastic so gave it a couple days, smell is still there. Wiped it down, smell is still there. Thinking it just needs some time to "air out". We gave it 2 weeks and the smell is just as bad. We can't stand being in the room so called Art Van only to be told they can't do anything but send out a service person. It stinks it is NOT broken. We were told that is all they can do. We are now being told WE can take the chair back and pick out a new one but we have to pay a 15% restocking fee! Really, because you sold us a chair that smell like a pets overly used and uncleaned litter box, you will be charging us to get one that doesn't smell that way? Unbelievable! We will be pursuing this further, NOT happy with this at all.
