  Service was very slow, waited over 20 minutes to get to the customer service desk and have an employee named Pat be very rude and disrespect towards me. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received today and will not be visiting this location again.

  I went to return 5 items the cashier insisted that the items were worn when l told her that the pants didn't fit l tried them on she was so rude & put me in a bad mood l justed wanted to leave 😕

  Plus size section is lacking here. Plus size to them is a size 10. In a size 16 and my cut size is not at this location any more. It's the only reason I shopped here. Petite size 16, I didn't see any 20. So glade I lost weight!

  ALWAYS understaffed with huge wait in lines. I have been waiting in the customer service line for 15 minutes and there is still 4 people in front of me so it'll probably 30 minutes of me waiting in line to return something I ordered online. What a hassle.

  Very helpful employees. Love using Kohls Cash! Got a free t-shirt using it and chose the pick up option which is free instead of paying shipping.
