Though the store is on a smaller scale it seems to have a real good selection of all the brands that you're looking for in the larger ones.

There were a couple of designers that I usually shop for that were there but in smaller quantities. The great thing is that the shoe department is still wonderful and so is the jewelry and men's clothing.

Also we tend to park by Nordstrom and walk through to get to the mall and it's fun to stop and look at the good stuff on the way.

We were attending an event at Jo Malone - we love Anna - this is a smaller Nordstrom but they always have what we are looking for.

Loved shopping here but due to their recent decision to drop Ivan's Trumps clothing line I'll be swishing to Macy's.

    Awful! !
Watch did not work returned it twice still didnt work..the clerk offered to have it repaired said it would take 4 - 5 weeks really????
I asked if I could exchsnge it she said sure so I am wondering why she would not have offered that solution in the first place??? So customet oriented. Lol
After the second exchange the watch still dudnt work so I went to Lord and Taylor just down the road and purchased the same watchand it works!!!
Save youself the grief..don't shop at this Nordstrom's at Partridge Creek!!

An outdoor shopping center that has a smaller version of Nordstrom and a Carsons as the two main retailers, in between the two you have a plethora of choices from Pandora, Born, V.S. to Alex & Ani, Sephora etc. See their website for the full listing. Around the holidays it's magical! Very nicely lit with awesome decorations.

Message to the manager of this store, I've heard that your employees work on commission, however, they are not very proactive!

Ive been to this location on several occasions and out of 50 employees maybe one will ask me if I need help! I'm a well off individual, I work hard and I like to reward myself with nice things! I also appreciate being appreciated and I don't feel as though I am appreciated at this store! When I'm at the Somerset collection I can't walk 10 feet without being acknowledged and I enjoy spending my money there. However, I live 5 minutes from your location, why do I need to drive 25 minutes to get the service that I deserve?

This isn't logical to me. Maybe your employees need sensitivity training, that's not for me to figure out. Your location needs serious repair! Hopefully you won't have to lose more customers who can actually afford to shop at your store just because your workers are rude and have a personal deficit with treating all shoppers equally!

Ah and to let you know, the individuals that were acknowledged today at your location bought nothing, had your workers been respectful to me they would've made the commission off of the goods that I graciously bought at the Somerset collection :)

    Good day to you!
