2 years ago I was looking for a European service shop that I could trust and I have never been happier after find Brandon and Brittany at SMS European. They are honest, straightforward, friendly and understanding. Qualities I have never been able to find in the automotive industry. They are now great friends of mine. All the 5 stars review for this place is genuine. After getting an overpriced quote from Long Beach BMW. I decided to do my research on Yelp and calling around. I selected Brandon and his shop because he sounded personable and on point. He checked out my car, gave me recommendations for what he diagnosed. And gave me recommendation for what needs fixing in the short term and long term. I really appreciated his honesty and candor, not to mention his reasonably priced service. He'll have a loyal customer for life. Now I'm bringing my Porsche for his service as well!
