Very bad experience with brake work. 3 times w out a car for multiple days. 4 months later noticed they air wrenched on oil filter too. Who does that! Local oil change place had super hard time taking off. I would trust nello for anything besides tires.

Had my starter replaced, when I picked up the car it didn't run. They decided not to clean the throttle body before reinstalling it. Charged me to do so after accusing me saying " the car must have ran like that before it was brought here." On top of that, I get home and inspect the work they did, battery wasn't bolted down at all, I'm surprised the bracket stayed in place. Do not recommend.

Straight and to the point. Good customer service. I came here to replace my tires. Didn't have it in stock but order them and got them 6 hours later. Stopped by and they finished it faster than I expected. Remember The Titans was on the tv in the waiting room and I'm kinda upset I didn't have time to finish it. The price they told me before ordering was the price I paid (4 all season tires for $450. Can't complain too much about that) Great experience for my 1st time. Will probably be coming back again for other services.

Yet another amazing experience today with Nello Tire! I had a tire about to blow out and brought it to them at 2pm. They know I drive about 100 miles a day to and from work, so rather than me having to take a day off, they promised to fix it same day. They had to drive to their warehouse to get the tires, and still had replaced them and changed my oil by 4pm. Not only did they go out of their way to make sure I'm safe on the road, and didn't have to miss work, but Frank spent the extra time to shop tires with me to help me fit the cost in my budget. Having a service place that not only has great prices but is honest and goes out of their way for customer service is priceless! I'm a Nello customer for life.

Bad place Not real mechanics Came here for a wheel alignment Steering column needed adjusting before the alignment and they elected to tell me after they tried to align wheels Charged me $50 for nothing Said they couldn't see that Any REAL mechanic WOULD'VE KNOWN BETTER

First time trying them. They looked at my car quoted me a price before fixing issue . fixed it and when they called to tell me car was ready it was 300 dollars cheapier because they were honest and told me one of my parts was still finctional. I do appreciate their honesty because i would of never known . thank you jamie and nello tire for being honest and reasonable and you have a earned a customer. For life

Fast and good work. They were one of the only places around that I could find that had the proper equipment for reverse mounting wheels and offered nitrogen fills. They are also a Tire Rack partner installer which is a huge plus for me. Price was reasonable and their staff was very accommodating.

We've been using Nello for many years, I trust them completely and know they will do the job right at a reasonable price. We've bought tires and batteries, inspections and other service work. They've even saved us a lot of money by identifying issues as probably being under warranty and suggesting we take the vehicle to the dealership for the work. They could have done the work, charged us full price, and we would have never known, but instead they have shown integrity and honesty. I highly recommend Nello, they are the best auto service center in York.
