Great selection and descent prices but you always have ask for better prices. Merchandise is upstairs, good selection and staff was great finding what we wanted.

Most pleasant vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Worked with Sean for about 5 months on trying to go from my Ducati to a Harley. The guy is no BS, straight forward, and genuinely wants to see the customer happy. I will not buy a bike from anyone else. If you're in the market, these guys are the only option in my opinion. Go see Sean!

I went there for a Rider to Rider deal. The person we talked to was great to myself and the seller of the motorcycle I financed. However the Sales manager "Spider" he calls himself, was a real dick to the seller of the motorcycle and even yelled at them!
All they wanted was a copy of the sale, something they could have for records, how god damn hard is that? Not only that, he was saying he was doing them a favor and this entire thing was a waste of his time.
A "waste"? we were the only ones in there doing ANYTHING related to buying a motorcycle.
If you're ever there, I hope you never have to deal with this guy, at the time of this post he had long grey hair.response / report this review -

They sold me a good used road king. I think they should have brought the price a bit lower for the year it is, but the harley road king does run like a champ.

They only carry parts for the latest bikes, and they all have the personality of a cold fish. There's other places I go first for parts.

Orange County Harley Davidson is one of nicest dealerships I've visited. It is a large building with 2 floors. The first floor has all of the bikes, service and parts. The second floor has apparel and accessories. There is plenty of parking in front and back of the building.
I've taken my Deuce in for tires and I found their prices fair, and their staff friendly and helpful. When your bike needs service, there is comfort in knowing Harley techs are performing the work.
If you don't have a Harley, this is a fun place to browse the bikes and maybe pick up a cool trinket, tshirt or jacket. If you sign up and become a VIP+ member, you can even come on most Saturday afternoons and join the BBQ for a free hotdog or a sandwich, chips and drink.
The sales people at OC Harley are not pushy and the staff is very friendly. I come here all the time with my little silky terror, with her pink collar and no one has called me a pansy yetwell at least not directlylol!response / report this review -

Beyond BAD customer service. I tried boots size 11 and 12. My size is 11. When I got home I realized they put the size 12 in my bag. 5 hours later I tried to exchange but they said they do not take returns. I explained that I wanted to exchange to the right size. I end up with a boot that cost me $250 and doesn't fit me. Never again

Pretty good. Got a great bike. They did say one of the added benefits of the bike was it was up to date on the maintenance which was cool but ended up sneaking that in on top of the final price. Gave me a bad taste
