Best selection for used bikes anywhere around. Great sales team, answered all questions concerns promptly. Easy and fun group to work with. I'll be going back for all maintenance and service.

I can start off by saying this place is AWESOME !!!! James helped me and my husband purchase our first bike, a Honda Rebel!! Great price, couldn't beat that price ANYWHERE!! Seriously could not hide the excitement. Paperwork took a bit of time, but who cares when you have people with outstanding customer service! Everyone there was pleasant and more than willing to assist us in whatever we needed. I hope James is recognized for his great performance because I've been telling all my friends and family about this place!😁😁😁👌👍👍👍👍

Found the bike I wanted and completed most of the paperwork even before getting to the shop. The team was great in explaining options and helping me decide on any additional options. Great experience. Easy transaction.

    Bought a 1998 Honda nighthawk for 2k.

    Problems I noticed at store
Neutral switch lights on 1st and 2nd
Rear break light was not secured.
    Rust all over the place.

    Things I noticed going Home
    Tacheometer didn't work

Things I noticed in next three days and after finding a buddy to look at the bike

    Battery died after day two
    Clutch was slipping
Once I opened up the bike to replace the clutch the previous owner secured the clutch nut by hammering the stick nut with a pin bending the metal
The bike had an oil leak that was getting worse due to a nut missing and a broken gasket
The bikes front tire wobbles as soon as I let go of the handle bars.reason unknown

Honestly I got duped into buying my motorcycle without having anybody check the bike first. I bought it "as is" and basically would have been better off buying off creigslist. I wouldn't be frustrated if they had just told me about the repairs I had to do
. I would advise not going here because if they missed all the minor things on my bike they are probably gonna miss the minor things on your used or new one. or worse they knew and weren't honest about the quality of the bike.
Minor edits: I don't think they could have known about the nut being damaged however the clutch slipping was ovbious.the only time I rode a motorcycle was the class i took to get my licence. I didn't know how a bike was supposed to feel.

On a whim, I thought about getting a Bobber for the wife, I called around to all the dealers and got the same 'ol 80s style car buying experience. Until I dialed Del Amo Long Beach, and James Laub picked up the phone. He got straight to the point of what he could/couldn't do. It was so easy that I hesitated that it may be just another game he was playing.

I showed up with reservations, and not only did he honor EVERYTHING he said over the phone, he actually even took a little more off just because. On top of being a legit salesperson numbers wise, he knows his stuff on the bikes, and service was EXCEPTIONAL.

Finance is always gauntlet #2 after the sale price is agreed on, however, Stephen Lim, the finance Manager got straight to the point and made it smooth as well.

Salespeople obviously are nice during the sale, but James was even more spectacular AFTER the sale. He sent a bag of Triumph goodies along with the truck drivers that delivered my wife's bike.

Bottom line, shop here before anywhere else and save yourself some headaches! They had the LOWEST price, and the BEST service by FAR. Ask for JAMES LAUB!

I Visit this place with a bunch of cash in my pocket . I had to go elsewhere to buy one motorcycle for myself and 2 jet skis for my family. Unfortunately no parking for my wife and I that came into separate cars oh well missed out on a good sale. Since the workers outside couldn't help us find parking we just jump on the freeway to Covina. Hope they fix the parking situation before they miss out on board sales

I was promptly greeted and asked if I needed help, which I did. The sales person was so helpful and looked up my boyfriends account to make sure I purchased the right oil.

Every time I took my bike in for a service something was off. I had a consistantly negative, and progessivly worse, experience there. A bolt that was the wrong length was installed on my motorcycle that rubbed the wrong way. An air line was pinched during re-assembly causing my motorcycle to die after 3-4 miles down the road. Last time I went my motorcycle started blowing oil out of the air cleaner the next day on the highway. They pinched another air line that is supposed to shut off fuel flow to the engine when it's not running. Fuel leaked into the engine oil and could have caused the damage that made my motorcycle take a complete s**t a month later. Totaled. Thats three Strikes. I won't take my new motorcycle there

Very easy going with a great selection. Anthony was very helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. Nick was upfront and told you how it is - these are the guys you want to work with. Walked in browsing for a new bike, and walked out with a new bike. Anthony even called a few days later just to check up on you and the bike. Great experience, and highly recommended.
