Great place for tires at a great price. They totally work with you and didn't feel they were always trying to up sell you. My only issue was that they didn't have the tire brand I wanted in stock nor were they able to order them, but they did give me a great deal on some other great tires.
They do take some time to install your tires but they do have free wifi so I was able to work while I waited.

Getting an appointment in short notice is possible but not recommended. People here are very accommodating and do a great job. Been going to this place for 6 years and I get great service every time.

Purchased 4 brand new tires and had them mount and balanced to new expensive Japanese brand wheels. Informed Discount tire multiple times that an impact gun could NOT be used on my aftermarket lightweight lug nuts. They used an impact gun anyway and cross threaded the lug nuts to the wheel studs making it impossible to remove the lug nuts with a torque wrench. I now have a broken wheel stud just by trying to remove one and most likely will have many more. Not to mention I'm out the $150 I paid for my aftermarket lug nuts. If you have aftermarket wheels and lug nuts do not go here!!!

I had to get some tires for my wife's Nissan Cube and I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg so I started calling EVERYWHERE! Finally I saw a Buy 2 Get 2 promotion for Discount Tire and figured it was going to be the same as everybody else where I had to buy an alignment or this, that and everything under the sun.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the price I got here was $50 to $200 LESS than everywhere else I had called. I immediately scheduled to bring our vehicle in and was still waiting for the anvil to fall on my head with needing this, that and the other thing.

Nope, William rocked the price I was quoted was the price I paid and I couldn't be happier. Keep on rocking Discount!!!!

They get you in w/ discount flyers (Buy 2 - get 2 free tries - discount limited to $100 per tire) but, there are catches: you can't simply buy what is listed in the flyer w/o purchase of the full "life time": warranty, road side assistance, alignment, balance, inflation, -so on "up-sell" package (all adding to the final cost). In the end my tires cost a lower price ($50.00) than what you might get at Costco or even better yet: your local (close to your home) dealer but, if you ever need the "up-sell" services (that you have to pay for to get the deal); its going to waste time & effort to get back the (only $50.00) money you saved on the original purchase. The estimate from my local tire (1 mile from my house) quoted me the same tries @ $89.00 ea. Discount tire charged me $129.00 for the same tire but, w/ the discount: "buy two - get two free" my final cost was $425 vs $480 (with two free). Was it worth it; sure, money is money but, I think in the end: 1. It's no where close to the 1/2 price they "catch" you with & 2. I think I'd be better off going to the dealer that is 2 minutes away vs the dealer 15 minutes away. Lastly: they are good at doing what they do; fast services (2 hours & they were swamped), friendly & knowledgeable about what they are selling, nothing negative about the employees, they were great (the employees were busting their cans off). Just not to happy with the "almost false" flyer "buy two get two free" !

STAY AWAY This place is the WORST! I got my tires here for my Bentley. Sadly, they advertise buy 2 get 2 free. That is such a lie! it is not buy 2 get 2 free. It is buy 2 and get the other 2 for $100 off per tire. So with that said, how in the hell are they getting away with this kind of false advertising! It is a total bait and switch advertising that is not right or fair! I am going to report this fraudulent advertising scheme! I did contact their corporate office CEO as well their Territory Manager all of whom never ever called me back!
