Staff wasn't helpful. They just stood behind the counter having a conversation, not interested in any of the customers that walked in.

Their manager, Louis, was literally the worst salesmen I've ever encountered in my life. I went into this store ready to spend a bunch of money on my Jeep, and after being ignored for almost 20 minutes, when I started asking questions he told me I was going to have to do my own research on the Internet, and then talked me out of spending the $2000 I was planning to pay them. Not how y'all stay in business!

I went there about 3 years ago. I walked around looking at stuff for at least 30 minutes and never once asked if I needed help. The guy behind the counter was too busy chatting with his buddy trying to be cool. He was a total idiot. I wanted to buy a Hi-lift jack and the first thing out of his mouth was that I was wasting my money because I didn't have any lift points. It didn't occur to him that I might be installing more lift points (like rock sliders which he could have suggested to sell me) other than my receiver hitch, or that I could use a simple lift mate. Not too mention that I could have used the hi lift jack as a manual winch to get me out of a jam. Anyway those guys are totally rude and incompetent. It was a complete waste of my time to go out of my way from south orange county to Santa "Ghetto" Ana just to be insulted. So I didn't argue with the idiot I just left. That experience really bummed me out. Now I purchase all my suspension, lift kit, bumpers, racks, other accessories and recovery equipment from various other vendors. Plus the guy was thought he was really buff because he imagined that his 50% body fat equaled muscle. I could have kicked the crap out of him in about 30 seconds. Seriously this placed lost at least 4k to 5k in sales that day. I wanted a lift, new suspension, rock sliders, bumpers. Do the math. So now I tell everyone who mentions that place that based on my experience the place sucks. The prices were just ok though so and I like to support "local" businesses but the king of stuffing his fat face blew it with his low IQ and inferior genetics. Ironically a guy I met on the trail told me to get a Hi lift which is why I went there to buy one in the first place, and I still need one because now the idea of buying a hi-lift bums me out. Fat boy ruined the experience, I guess I am just not cool enough to earn 10 bucks an hour standing behind a counter at the auto parts store talking on the phone while gaining more weight. But hey at least I just left and didn't waste that guys time buying something from them. Everyone else is being way too nice on the reviews. Screw political correctness, the place doesn't even deserve politeness let alone my money. The owner should pay more attention to who he hires and how his people are trained. I am positive he loses thousands of dollars in sales every month because of my exact scenario.

Will not shop anywhere else.
I have a 2012 Ford F-250 4x4. The guys at Santa Ana have been great to a novice buyer. Helped pick out a great set of wheels and tires to dress up the truck. The 50,000 mile tires they helped me pick out lasted 74,000 miles ( rotating every 5000 miles- give or take 1000). additionally when it came time to add a locking bed cover- again the crew helped fit the truck perfectly. Service is superior. Gives you more time to hang out and buy more stuff.
Recently moved out of state and am happy they have a store near my new home in Georgia.
