I switched to this Dentist about 2 years ago. I typically HATE going to the dentist. But I actually really like going here. They do an excellent job and it's very painless! Highly recommend!

We just switched to this office because we are following Dr. Jen Van Timmerman and this office is beautiful! They were great at calming the nerves of my six year old and helping us with the switch! They don't make you do unnecessary procedures either and really have YOUR best interest in mind! Highly recommend this husband and wife practice!

The level of care and response received is parallel to none. The service here is absolutely excellent and the staff could not be friendlier. It is evident that these people truly care for their jobs, and their patients. Despite not taking my insurance, I continue to see Dr. Timmeren due to the service I receive. I will not go anywhere else.

Family of six, at all different ages, and we love going to the dentist. What sets them apart is their enthusiasm. They are the happiest bunch of people. You go there looking forward to teeth cleanings and (muffled) conversations. The only bad thing is, it's hard to laugh when your mouth is full. :) Dr. Van Timmeren is our kids fave.

I love it that they don't do anything that is un-necessary. I went in thinking I would need a new crown, but Dr V was able to shave off the broken porcelain, to the metal below. It is good as new!

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I am currently pregnant and scheduled a appointment for an emergency tooth extraction. I made the appointment 8 1/2 weeks in advance. Showed up for my appointment, only to be told they never actually put it into the system. Then on top of that I was told I could not get in until July. Which is after my child will be born. Finally she found an opening five weeks later. There is no way I would ever recommend this to anyone. So much for an emergency appointment. Not to mention the front staff don't even make eye contact, and act like nothing wrong happened.
