We were looking for an excavator and did some searching including online. Came across Ryan's. They had a website that looked pretty good. And an e-mail contact that we sent a message to about setting up a time for them to come and look at some work a short distance away. After a few days they got back to us saying they had open time on a date a few days from then and we could get back to them by e-mail about that. So we promptly did. But we didn't hear back from them. After more than a week of waiting we actually gave them another chance and tried them again. But now, weeks later, still haven't heard anything back from them about that. So, won't be doing any business with them. And had no choice but to look elsewhere.
