We needed AC to replace failed unit and chose to install new high efficiency furnace at the same time.

Service Rep came promptly as promised, was courteous and knowledgeable. Helped us set up an appointment with Scott Breuker. No hard sell, and showed us options and gave us time as a couple to discuss it.

Installers (Jeff and ??sorry) did a great job including covering our newly installed a carpet with drop cloths. Were careful not to damage any newly painted walls or woodwork. They made sure we had heat before quitting at end of first day.

They arrived at promised time on day two and finished up well before end of workday. Super job of cleaning up.

Note: Bishops is not the cheapest. The Carrier high efficiency we installed was not the cheapest. But the quality products and top flight customer service was worth the slight premium.

I never write reviews and never make recommendations. For Bishop, Scott, Jeff I'll make the exception. Good company.

I called for service and the lady on the phone gave me pointers to how to fix the problem myself. She said she would like to save me the money it would cost to send a repair person out there. Her advice worked and it ended up being a simple solution. Because of her customer service I will be turning to Bishop for my heating and cooling needs from now on. Thank you!

Great customer service! Tony quickly diagnosed and repaired our central air conditioner in less than 30 minutes. At the end of a long day, the weather was scorching hot, but he was still friendly and willing to answer questions.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Just was trying to get a rough estimate of a part on the phone and they would not give me any information and made the dumbest comment I have ever heard at a service company. "We don't work on used equipment." I was told by Carrier that they were an authorized dealer. I will never contact them again and suggest that you don't either. Waste of my time.
