After calling to complain about the plowing service, I was called a liar, cursed at, and insulted. The owner hung up on me several times. The plow person at the house offered much better customer service than the owner.

I heard about their incredibly amazing soil for growing things, brought in my 5 gallon buckets and they even drilled holes in the bottom before they filled them! It's cheaper than stores, too!

And I have to mention the really nice people who work there! So great - even give you fresh popcorn!

Brought my mower in for tune up and repair. Waited 5 days for a call. Called them, the person said they called me. Asked what number, they gave me the wrong one. I told them that, she said, "Well, I called somebody and told them." Got the mower, and the problem I asked them to look at wasn't addressed. No wonder they want you to pay in advance.

I worked for this company and it's the worst place I've ever worked. The owner is a rip off artist and will rip you off any chance he gets. He is by far the worst person I've ever met. He personally told me to give customers less than what they ordered. So if you order 1 yard of mulch you won't get one yard. I can't believe this place is still open. He's filed bankruptcy countless times because he's such a scammer he gets sued and changes the name of the company. I could go on and on with the horrible things he does. But I don't have that kind of time. If you know what's best you would definitely know this place isn't it. There are plenty of other landscape and lawn care places out there that deserves your business. Please don't go here!!! So they say I ruined an expensive kabota tractor haha!! The tire was flat and blamed it on me and he held my last 2 pay checks. I had to file a complaint with the department of labor and economic growth to get my money back. And I did get my money back because of course he was proven in the wrong!! And as far as a bobcat? I never broke a bobcat!! So I'm not the only one that thinks this place is a rip off! Just because I worked at that shady place doesn't mean I'm not telling the truth. I know for a fact everything I say is true. I wouldn't bad mouth that place if it was legit. I'm not the one getting investigated for fraud all the time. Obviously the reviews on this place speaks for themselves. If anyone wants to know more dirt on this place, I have tons. I was trying to be nice and just inform people about the rip off artists they are but now he's spreading lies, and all I spoke was the truth!! So if they want to lie about how I got fired for breaking an expensive kabota tractor lol. Thats fine with me but I'm going to just keep telling the truth about how he rips people off. I have plenty of true stories about this place. I am the kind of person that will tell people how it is and they didn't like my opinion about how they ran their business. So they fired me for a $30 tire that I didn't even wreck. Good day to all except the obvious lmao!!

great customer service, topsoil is triple sifted and has 15% cow manure, its wonderful for my lawn and gardens, the brown mulch I buy from them holds its color all season

Paid almost $300 to have our driveway & side walk plowed at our house in Muskegon (so it's not like they were that far). When I went to check on the house after it has snowed 4 days before that, NOTHING WAS DONE.

I thought I had finally found someone trustworthy to pick up and tune up my lawn equipment. They picked up my lawnmower to tune it up, and I told them repeatedly I would not be home for a week and asked if they could hold it until I got home. They reassured me this would be no problem. Imagine my surprise when they called me a couple days later to tell me they had dropped off my mower-NO ONE WAS HOME TO RECEIVE IT-and stuck it outside by a shed ( "a" shed because I am pretty sure they did not deliver it to my house). When I got home, there was no lawn mower to be found anywhere in my yard. I called them and all they said was "We delivered it". No apology, somehow it was MY fault that my lawn mower was now missing, even though I had asked them to hold it until I got home and they had agreed. I am now without a lawn mower and the owner, or anyone from there for that matter, has yet to call me to apologize or try to rectify the situation. I am very frustrated and upset with the way they do business. Needless to say, I will not be using them in the future, for any lawn equipment maintenance or landscaping supplies.

Terribly rude and unprofessional. Recently purchased our home from a gentleman who purchased a year contract with them, the contract was paid in full and transferred to us. Everytime I call they pretend to not have my information or know who am, even though they have called me at my number to confirm services and have also mailed receipts to my address and correct name. They spend a bunch of time transferring me around to varies other people only to end up acting as if I interrupted their day and am an inconvenience. Today I was yelled at and insulted to the point it left me in tears and I had to hang up.

We have purchased and had delivered mulch, compost and top soil from Landscape Supplies for the past few years. They have always been friendly and courteous - on the phone, at the desk and the drivers. Their deliveries have always been on time and exactly where we asked them to dump the loads (all have been at least 5yds). This past weekend (06/04) we had 5yds of mulch delivered and about halfway through decided we were going to need more, so I called and they had no problem delivering another 5yds that day. They were busy, but set the expectation that it would be a couple of hours (not a problem) and in a couple of hours, there they were with the new load - just as we were finishing the first one. TL;DR - All of my experiences have been great. I have and will continue to recommend in the future.
