Used them before and they were good. This time, a major disappointment. Had to call several times and they kept saying the tech said he had been out. Then when he did show up 5 days later, he replaced the hose (because I said it was a damaged hose) took our money and told us that wasn't the issue and he didn't have time to find the issue because he had another appointment. NEVER AGAIN. We refer hundreds of clients a year due to our line of business but we wont even send our enemies here. Gave one star because it was required.

MICH TECH please dont respond to me. Nothing I said here is false. This was my experience with you.

This company was easy and pleasant to talk to and get an appointment, with quick response to the time of appointment via text.
The technicians were on time, friendly, prompt, and helpful to assist with my credit card payment with the company due to lack of phone service in my area.
Way better to call Mich-Tech1 than buy new appliances! Thank you!

This company is i cant deal with them
they took 3 weeks and still waiting for parts, first they came in and then order wrong parts, its been 2 weeks still new parts dint come i am without hot water since 3 weeks company only answer is when part come we will call you.
