Affordable but.woke up at 1am because of bedbugs crawling all over me and on the bed. Captured 3 of them alive and took them to the receptionist. Took pictures and recording as proof. Cheap is not always the best option.
If there was an option for negative stars I would be placing a 5 Star negative 👎🏻 This place was absolutely disgusting!! I’m from Michigan and flew in late, there were no other rooms at neighboring hotels available. The whole place was disgusting! It reminded me of a motel I could get for $30 a night on Detroit’s 8 mile strip. The bathroom was full of mildew and scum, there was disgusting something brown on the faucet handles, mold on the inside of the window curtain, the bed was disgusting. Needless to say I slept on top of my rob I brought from home which I will be leaving here because I’m no way do I want to bring it back with me. I feel like I would have been better off just sleeping in the air port! Just DISGUSTING!! I wish Google allowed me to post pictures because trust me I took many of this disgusting place! DONT COME HERE!!!
There were old chewed up chicken bones on the floor. There was a film of sorts on the tile floor. The halls reek of cigarette smoke and the room reeked of chemical cleaners. Mild all over the shower and inedible free breakfast. Two stars because the worker at the desk was nice and the shuttle was on time. The photos are not representative of the actual place. It would be fine if only it were $20 a night.
Clean. Could have been a little cleaner. Rooms look different than the pictures on the web but very nice people. Great attention. It's a great deal for the price
Horrible I spent, literally, only 10 minutes there. The smell on entrance the musty look of the lobby. The room was dusty, there was hair on the bed, the bathroom had mold and soap scum, the bed skirts were molded and black (I assume, remnants from flood waters). Just not worth it. Could not rest relax or shower so I left.
The room was not clean. A lot of ants everywhere in the room. Stains on the walls. Would not recommend it
Unless you are in low budget and you are in between flights.
Worst place I've ever stayed at. Don't let the pictures fool you or there description of the place. At 930pm-1200am the hotel had renovations being done useing drills, chizzels and hammers to remove tile. Did not stop even after multiple complaints. Only had one outlet to use in room. Only 5 channels to choose from on the TV. No refrigerator, iron nor microwave in room and the shower did not drain. Do not recommend complete waste of time and money.
This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. It was filthy, the staff was unfriendly and the area was very undesirable. The only good thing was the food in the restaurant across the street. I had booked rooms for the following weekend but after my first stay, I told the manager at the desk that I wanted to cancel my reservation. He told me I couldn't do it there. I must go to online booking where I booked it. All week, I tried. No option whatsoever to cancel. Finally, on the day of my reservation, I was able to cancel but they charged me full price for 2 rooms!!! Working on getting my money back now. Worst place ever!!!
whoever is answering the phone now 06/20/17 1 p.m has very poor communication skills, does not make himself clear and does not take time to understand what you're asking. He keeps brushing me off, then goes silent and hangs up. it happened twice. he acts like you are bothering him. geeze! im just trying to book a room. 4 calls, 2 answers after i have still gotten nowhere. nice job.
After staying here i dont think ill be staying at a cheap hotel again. I waited 30 minutes for the shuttle, showed up with 2 suitcases, a duffle bag and a backpack. Should have seen me trying to fit everything through the door while trying to open it because in 2017 apparently all hotels still do not have automatic doors. oh, while one of their workers just sat on their phones. I was then told that there is no elevator and offered no help to get my bag upstairs. Should have seen me making trips up and down the stairs. I got upstairs and all i could smell was weed. yes weed, i was wondering if i was at a hotel or hoe house. the tv is extremely outdated, one of those big back tvs that was around before hd, that didnt stay on longer than 5 minutes. it kept turning off. breakfast was one hour which i think is the hotels way of being cheap and saving food by only give everyone 1 hour to eat. What can i say? you get what you pay for.
It is near the airport, no elevator, small rooms, no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms, can only use there microwave between the hours of 9 and 10am. They have roaches and termites. Call the front front desk to notify them and ask for a refund and the guy at the front desk was nasty and rude. Had to spend the next 5 hours looking for another hotel. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN AND NOR SHOULD YOU BEWARE
For the price and location I think it is a great place. I didn't expect the hotel to be out of this world but the rooms and bathrooms where clean which is more that I can say for other inns.
You get what you pay for. Smells and looks old but was ok for a one night layover. ****the shower doorway is really small so some people may not be able to get into the shower.
Front desk customer service was great!
I booked this hotel about 2 months before my trip. When I booked, I saw no information about needing to check in within a certain time. When I got to the airport and called for the shuttle, they told me they had cancelled my reservation because I wasn't there by 6. I would have been had I not been rerouted, and as I said there was nothing that said I had to be there by 6, or else I would've called them. They had given my room away and were completely booked, so my friends and I had to spend well over an hour trying to get another room. I will never book with this hotel again as I never even received notice it had been cancelled, otherwise I could have had more time to try finding other accommodations. I strongly suggest avoiding booking with this hotel!
