Had a very good stay at this hotel with adult family members. Victoria at the front desk was very accommodating and was able to provide us with an early check in. The hotel is kept quite cleanly. The lobby bar and pool area has a nice quiet vibe, ideal for families. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Love this hotel! Access to great restaurants within steps of the door or a few blocks. Staff is always pleasant. Enjoy everything it has to offer - gym, pool, free breakfast and as a HH member, goodies and a free drink upon check-in.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can see them at HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
Great place to stay if you want to pay over and above stated price for a stay and cruise package. We booked the room as a stay and cruise package for $159.00 per night, when we arrived we were told we needed to pay $25.00 for park I g and the nights we were cruising were included. We were told that transportation to the port of Miami was $6.00 per person. O.K. all well and good. Now we checkout in the morning and we are told we need to pay an additional $10.00 per night parking as the i formation we were given when booking and upon arrival was wrong. We were the told that transportation to the port was supposed to be included one way.
What a poor, poor way to take complete advantage of the traveling public.response / report this review -

Great place to stay if you want to pay over and above stated price for a stay and cruise package. Don't know if the upstairs bar is open to non guest, but I had a great time there with the bartender and manager who treated us great. (Karolina I think?) There's an outdoor pool as well. The conference center have everything you need as well. Glad my company decided to host here.

This place was pretty awesome. It's a highrise hotel in downtown Miami. The view would be great if it weren't surrounded by other skyscrapers blocking it. My girlfriend and I got upgraded to a suite with free snacks and more space. Definitely recommend if you can find a ride and need a place to stay in Miami.

I live in Travis Street so I don't stay at local hotels a lot but when a friend of mine visited me and she stayed in the Hampton Inn & Suites, we ran out of superlatives when we checked it out. We absolutely loved everything about the accommodation. I didn't ever bother going home to my apartment for days because I stayed there with my friend. It's an experience we'll never forget.

The suites were spacious and clean. The selection of breakfast items were great. The jacuzzi and pool are also nice on the rooftop. I love how restaurants, bars and nightclubs was within walking distance from the hotel. The only reason I did not give the hotel 5 stars was because the room was not available available until after 6 p.m. but it was Labor Day weekend.

Stayed for 6 night's, used the public transport to get to the hotel from the airport. The hotel provided all the facilities we wanted with friendly staff. Good breakfast to start the day with good choice, hot drinks also available during the day. Pool area is small but we enjoyed sitting by the pool on warm evening's. In a good location for visiting areas in Miami we bought a 7 day travel card which was good value as well as some free transport. Would definitely recommend the hotel.response / report this review -

Stayed there memorial weekend and 1000% would recommend. I have some health restrictions and the kitchen staff made NO hesitations to accommodate. The front desk staff were VERY welcoming and not to mention the housekeeping staff. Full FRESH buffet breakfast each morning. Well kept and central hotel.

We had great time here. The rooms are clean and about as spacious as can be. We had nice view from the 14th floor. Natasha was an awesome bartender/supervisor. She spent time getting to know us and having conversation. We have a lot of respect for the work she does and the type of person she is.
The pool/Jacuzzi area was great and relaxing. The bar is well stocked and not too expensive. The front desk staff was great, with one exception where the customer service attitude was not to the level it should have been, in my opinion, but overall the stay was great and the staff was amazing.response / report this review -

I've never received such poor service.
We have been using this hotel for business for nearly a year.
And it's steadily and slowly gone down in the service sector.
I don't recommend staying here under any conditions.
The prices are reasonable but at what cost?

This hotel has it all: friendly service, Free breakfast that far surpasses the typical continental, roof top pool, bar, walking distance to many restaurants and free public transportation, cruise ship port shuttle $8pp). Most of all it's spotless! The only thing I wish it had was an airport shuttle. There is, however, the train that drops you off across the street. So it's very accessible from the airport. I would stay again in a heartbeat!
