Fair baseline hotel at a fair price. Parking can be tight and access to the facilities from the road can be tricky during high traffic times. Breakfast was 2 out of 5 stars

Super nice staff and very clean rooms. Loved the shower and extra large towelswe will be back. Also within walking distance to a small brewing company.

Clean; decent. 2 bulbs were out over the sink, but they were promptly replaced. My only complaint is that there is no safe in the room.

Everything was amazing, EXCEPT the room smelled SO strongly of air freshener or perfume (I can't imagine they would intentionally make the room smelled to that extent. Seriously, we slept with the window open and the fan in and it was still overpowering in the morning). And, even though we asked for late check-out (we arrived at 3am), housekeeping knocked loudly on our door at 10:30am (regular checkout isn't until 11, late check-out at noon). BUT, very comfortable, amazing pillows, friendly staff, the windows actually open, and very clean.

Rooms are very small. Heating/cooling units are defective. Hallways are ice cold. Good breakfast. Good beds. Wireless works well. Friendly staff.

Very friendly service, pleasantly quiet, and the room was very nice and clean. Had an extra little bathroom with a jet tub and a TV.. AWESOME! Free breakfast and coffee.. Can't beat it for the price and location. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel staff were amazing and friendly. The Room was very clean. Perfect location for easy and quick The Biltmore Estate! (Less than a half mile.) Breakfast was hot and ready! 5 Stars for me! I will be back! (7/19/2019-7/20/2019)

Second time visiting Biltmore and second time staying at Baymont. Great reasonably priced Hotel with an indoor pool and hot tub. And super close food and Biltmore.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, however it was not what I have had at other places in the Clarion family. The coffee was scorched. The jacuzzi in the room barely worked with the jets being very weak.

Nice clean rooms, never noticed any noise from adjacent rooms, friendly staff. We were on the third floor which had a decent view but it's mostly at the roadway. The surrounding area is fantastic, lots of stores and restaurants less than a mile away. Basic continental breakfast, but it was good for what they had, including sausage and cheese sandwiches! Indoor pool and hot tub are available.

Great clean room. Plenty of pillows. Very comfortable stay. The checkout time had been changed from 12 to 11. You could ask for a later checkout, but the nicely printed information book should have been amended properly.
