How can businesses stay open if they lack customer service skills? Honestly, making a noise because they have to stop and take an order over the phone,? I will be calling another florist.
I used Rosie's to send flowers to a friend in Baltimore. The order process was seamless and they flowers delivered right on time and looked great!
Great local Baltimore florist located in a local market. Great service and quality designs.
Free same-day delivery! ( And a delivered notice!)
I ordered a small arrangement for my partner as a surprise, and Rosie's were so efficient the flowers arrived an hour later, and they are beautiful!
This place was terrible, the service was awful. When I called to confirm an order I had placed for delivery the day before they said they had no clue what I was talking about and hung up. As I continued to call they wouldn't answer my calls and finally they did and said we already talked to you and cant help you. So basically I paid them and then they did nothing. I talked to her longer and she wasn't willing to help or send something out that day or find a solution to her mistake, they're not worth your time or money. Terrible service and they don't know how to use technology/computers to take care of orders and to top it off she claimed she never had my order and then I showed her the confirmation she sent to me, so I guess they lie as well and dont take blame for anything. DONT ORDER FROM THEM, WORST IDEA EVER, NOT NICE, WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
