We placed an order for a memorial plant for a friend who lost a beloved pet named Fern. When a fern wasn’t available, they tracked one down from New Jersey for us as they understood the importance. Kindness like this is hard to find.

Such a great experience. Ordered flowers to be delivered to hospital however unbeknownst to me the patient had been released earlier that day. Received a call from florist who worked with me to get flowers delivered to their home in another town. She contacted a different flower local flower shop in that town and arranged the entire delivery of a similar bouquet from their store. The level of customer service was truly incredible. A++

I just moved into Upper Fells point from Charles Village and love having places like this one to walk into for something small. My fiancee needed a pick me up and a beautiful rose was just the ticket. The lady that helped me was thoughtful and helped me pick out a nice fresh red rose with beautiful greens. Great little neighborhood flower shop!

Unfortunelty my experience wasn’t even remotely pleasant. My order never arrived to its destination and the customer service skills of the associate I dealt with on the phone left so much to be desired. If you want returning customers treat your them with a level of respect—the special day was ruined.

I've ordered flowers from Perzynski and Filar Florist multiple times over past several years to be delivered to my grandmother and mother for special occasions. They've always done a wonderful job! This past week I called with a special request, my grandfather had past away a few days before his and my grandmothers' 59th wedding anniversary. Their anniversary was the day of his viewing. My mother and I thought it would be nice for her, my grandmother, to get flowers from him, my grandfather on their anniversary. There was a short poem I wanted to include with the card, I talked to Elizabeth and she gave my her number to text her with the poem to make sure it was correct. It was, and my grandmother was quite surprised to get flowers from my grandfather, although she guessed I'd arranged it and called to thank me too. I'll continue to order from Perzinski and Filar anytime I need flowers delivered in the Baltimore area!

This rating is based on the phone customer service. The person taking my order seemed rushed, was more concerned with getting my payment info than ascertaining what kind of arrangement I wanted to send.
I hope the flower arrangements has more thought and care than the order taking.

I called to order a custom arrangement for a funeral service. The item I requested was something unique and could not be found on any other florist website. I purchased this item "sight unseen" but had faith in their abilities as this florist did my wedding flowers. When we arrived at the funeral home, I was blown away! The arrangement that was done for me was absolutely beautiful and was the envy of all. This particular arrangement was taken home by the husband of the deceased. He couldn't bear to leave it or donate it. Thank you so much to the florist that created this arrangement. You made a sad day just a bit brighter. 💐

I stopped by last minute the day before Mother's Day and was still able to choose from a wide variety of lovely, reasonably-priced flower arrangements. I appreciated that the service was friendly and fast even though surely they must have been swamped putting together arrangements for the holiday!

I ordered a dozen roses. They were delivered on 1/15 in the afternoon and they were dead by 1/18. The store said they only gaurentee their roses for 24 hours. Really $75 for 24 hours. I called and the said I should have taken them out each day and trim the stems.
