Unfortunately, I can agree with the other reviews. Horrible Customer Service! The employees will lie to you, just to sell their product and get commission. The lifetime warranty is a joke. Special orders are non- returnable, make sure you read your receipt. They wont inform you about this up front! Special orders take 6-8 weeks. They don't call you if this time surpasses, you just have to sit and wonder where your jewelry is, or follow up with them. Go elsewhere, or to the Brookfield location.

This is where my husband purchased my engagement and wedding ring. Ring Is gorgeous, but that's it. We purchased the lifetime plan and it is nothing but a hassle. New employees every time I am there. Usually cranky, and unprofessional. Have been very disappointed in the service. Also have had 3 diamonds either fall put or become loose. Would purchase elsewhere.

My husband and I have purchased our wedding bands, earrings, a watch etc. at Rogers and Hollands but I wish we wouldn't have. We purchased the more expensive warranty plan for my wedding ring after being told that the plan would cover my engagement ring that was purchased at a different place after it was soldered together with my wedding bands purchased from Rogers and Hollands. We were told by Heidi that after soldering the three rings together it would become one piece and would be covered by the warranty. Now after 2 years and a loose diamond we were told that is not in fact true. All we were told was sorry that associate no longer works for us. There's nothing we can do. The company is strict Stephanie's attitude is like everyone elsebasically screw you. So now I have one ring that will have to be repaired by one company and the other two by Rogers and Hollands. Had I known this I wouldn't have soldered them together in the first place because I didn't want to but was sold the expensive warranty plan so someone else could make some money, I guess. Please go anywhere else but Rogers and Hollands! Save yourself a headache! Their associates are a bunch of liars just looking out for themselves and not actually doing good business.

Bought my husband's wedding ring at this location in 2015 for over $300. Its a black Tungsten ring with some sort of white coating on the inside. My husband barely wore this ring. He bought a cheap one off Amazon to wear specifically when he's at work as to not scratch or damage the R&H ring. Last year, after barely a year of hardly ever wearing it, we come to find that the white coating inside the ring is nothing but cheap paint which started peeling. We came in to see if it can be replaced but apparently, we need to pay $50 to ship this ring and get a new one and even then there was no guarantee that THAT ring won't peel either. So we say, no thanks, well just deal with the peeling paint and keep the ring.

Fast forward to a couple of days ago. My husband noticed that there was a crack along the outside of the ring AND the ring was actually made of 2 separate pieces, with the inside of the ring coming completely separated from the outside piece. We came in to the store in Southridge mall to see if we can get the ring replaced with a completely different ring and apparently all the sales lady can do for us is send the old ring back and get the same exact one (really? like we'd really want the same ring that not only came apart in 2 pieces but actually CRACKED after barely 30 or so times of wear??? Like I mentioned, my husband bought a cheap one to wear to work!) IF WE PAY $50 S/H. That or we can spend another couple hundred dollars and get a new ring from them. Those were the 2 options this store was able to give me. Insane! Never purchasing anything else from this company. Complete lack of good customer service, not to mention quality product! Would give it zero stars if I could.

From the minute I walked in they made me feel welcome and understood where I was coming from as far as not wanting to spend too much and helped me pick the right ring. Very nice people and very helpful with everything

Horrible. Sales lady Heidi was very rude from the minute I began speaking with her. I've been doing business for many years but never received this type of treatment from a salesperson at the store.

It seems every time I go to this location to have my rings cleaned the people have an attitude. The sales lady today asked me for my paperwork and when I told her I didn't have any but just needed them cleaned, she made a snotty comment about inspections being importantetc. I get that it's important to have some documentation but I didn't ask for the attitude to be served with it. On top of that her butt checks were practically hanging out because her dress was so short. Will continue to go back to the Mayfair Mall location because they are nicer.
