I called this morning and got no answer, but received a call back within 5 minutes even though I didn't leave a voicemail. Mike was able to answer all my questions over the phone and when my husband and I arrived at the store he was able to help find us find a solid bamboo stair nose with the perfect match for our flooring even though we didn't buy our flooring from them. We are very pleased with their customer service and product and will return when we are ready to purchase trim.

The three gentlemen were honest, open and willing to go the extra mile for my wife and I. They told us the honest facts about the knowledge that is needed and about the competition. There was no scarcity in them when letting me know about better products out there. I truly loved and appreciated that. They will be getting more business from us going forward, when we are ready for it.

Miguel of the West Allis, WI store went over and above to help me locate the same exotic hardwood that we bought from Lumber Liquidators 10 years ago and had been discontinued. We are finishing a large reno project and realized 1/2 way through flooring with your 3/8" Brazilian Walnut that we would not have enough product. I called the nearest location and went into see Miguel. Being discontinued for years, he sent e-mails out to locations where the SKU showed up and worked hard to make sure it was delivered to our store, even coming in on a day off! We are very pleased with his attitude and conscientious work effort. Well done, Miguel!

Good service and friendly people, they answer questions and are responsive. I Bought 600+ft of the MorningStar Stranded Bamboo, they called right away to confirm the order and ensure I had everything correct. Price dropped on the product 3 weeks after I bought it and they gave me the price match guarantee.

I hate that this is the only lumber liquidators near us. I cannot stand this place.. they never even answer the phone. Its almost like they dont want people to buy their stuff!
