Kris Roddy better know as " The Ring Whisperer" was amazing to work with. She helped me understand the different terms and information for picking out a ring. We have had nothing but good experiences with Kesslers! Kris has helped me and my now Fiancé out from day one when I was looking for an engagement ring. We just came back in to buy our wedding bands with Kris and she has been so excited for us and our journey so far this year. My husband purchased a ring for me from one of their locations several years ago, and just recently, a portion of the ring broke off. I never did find the partial piece and I assumed without it, they would never be able to fix it properly. I called the Germantown store and they asked me to bring it by. Understandably, the ring had to be sent out to a repairman for his insight. After about 6 weeks, I was able to pick up the ring. I am very impressed with their work!! They even reinforced two areas on the ring to (hopefully) keep this from happening again. It looks just as beautiful as it did when my husband first gave it to me. We will certainly be a returning customer.

This was my first time shopping for an engagement ring and with that came a lot of expected anxiety. Upon arriving at Kessler's, I was greeted with fantastic customer service and knowledgeable staff that made my experience much less stressful! The store has a wonderful selection of rings and prices are very reasonable. Can't wait to make more purchases there in the future!

In March 2017, I went to Kesslers in Greenfield and found my dream ring. I shared this information with my then boyfriend and told him to go and see Ariel at Kesslers in Germantown, with whom I had been talking to about my ring via e-mail. He went and talked with Ariel not knowing much about rings or diamonds. She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and patient with him. She shared a plethora of valuable information and made him feel much more confident about making a decision on a diamond when the day came. Ultimately my now fiance purchased my dream ring in July. On 8/11/2017, my soulmate proposed to me in an escape room with the ring (Kessler 81 center stone and all)! It's ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! I find myself staring at my ring often and I still love it every bit as much as I did that day in March - actually even more. It is unique and I have received SO many compliments on it! The center stone is so eye catching, especially in natural light. Thank you so much Ariel and Kesslers Diamonds of Germantown for helping us in this process and for making my wishes come true! We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Kris and could not have asked for a better representative. There was no pressure to buy anything and she did not try and steer my decision whatsoever. Kris made it a point to make sure that I knew it was MY choice and answered all my questions along the way. It was a new experience for me, but she made sure that it was a comfortable one. Very customer oriented and made me feel that they truly cared about my wants and wishes and were not just out to make money. I would recommend this establishment to anyone that is looking for a wonderful customer experience, extremely knowledgeable staff and high quality products.

Kyle was absolutely awesome! He knew we only had a matter of 2 weeks before our wedding in Las Vegas. He didn't rush us or try to talk us into something we really didn't want. He took his time with us. He knew somewhat of the style rings we wanted and stayed within that style. He made this experience for us absolutely wonderful. I know next we come in, Kyle is the one we will ask for by name to help us. Kyleu rock!!!!

My husband got my wedding ring and band from here. The warranty is amazing! The people that work there are super helpful. I referred a friend to get his girlfriend a ring and we worked with Ray. He was great and I didn't feel like he was trying to sell us stuff my friend didn't need. I would recommend it to anyone!

Sales staff was helpful (Debbie), knowledgeable, and very understanding. They had exactly what I needed, and were able to piece together the perfect ring. No pressure, great experience.

Pam was amazing! She was so patient with us (let's be honest, me) and really took the time to listen to what I like and what I needed for my lifestyle. She actually picked out the PERFECT wedding band to compliment the engagement ring. What was even more wonderful was that after "selecting" my ring, I had second thoughts about if that was "the one". She took me back through my favorites and ultimately we went a carat size up! She laughed with us and truly celebrated the occasion with us making it personal and sweet. She even made me feel better about having some leaky eyes. A big hug and the feeling like we left family is how I felt and now we wait for the ring to be done. Thank you so much for everything!

What a wonderful experience! I came in ahead of my boyfriend to scope out engagement rings and Pam was incredible. She didn't want to sell A ring, she wanted to find MY ring. I never once felt pushed or pressured into something bigger. Even though I know she does this all day long, I felt Pam was genuinely excited for us. A lot of jewelry stores have beautiful rings, but the service is what made this night special. Thanks Kesslers! Thanks Pam!
