They have very knowledgeable staff that can help you choose the best camera for what you wish to achieve in your photography endeavor. The prices are comparable to most other retailers, it is nice to have a brick-and-mortar store to go to for more info and any possible maintenance on your camera or lens. Well the phone system might make it hard to get through do not give up and just show up it is well worth the trip, they are my go-to camera store.
Great stock, good advice, and great service. Thought I had lost several hundred important business photos that became unreadable, but they were able to recover them from my camera card.
Great and helpful staff. Always willing to help people that come in and go the extra mile for them. However, the staff friendliness can be a double edge sword for the store as when several customers are engaged with the staff you can be left waiting a long time for assistance. I have been on both sides of this scenario. I recommend going to the store when it first opens or calling ahead if you know that you are going to spend time looking at and discussion products with the staff before a purchase.
Brought son's senior pictures I took and Mike crivellos cropped chosen photo and purchased same amount of wallet , 5x7s, 8x10 and I saved hundreds of $. I highly recommend them and their help and assistance in making my experience worth telling others about. They know camera's and photographygo to the pros.
Excellent knowledge and low prices! Wil never go anywhere else.
Whenever I visit this store, I receive top-notch service by a highly professional team. They know their cameras!! Recently, I was particularly impressed by Robb Quinn--who went out of his way to assist me with some initial issues/questions I had with a newly purchased camera.
The legacy photo shop for Brookfield. Service has gone down. Left film for digital conversion. Promised back in three weeks and after eight, manager told us we would just have to wait till they got to it.
I dropped off a roll of expired film and paid to have it developed in an hour. For expired film, you have to shoot a step down for every decade old it is. This roll of film was 17 years old - so I pushed it from 800 to 200. I asked them to develop the film at 200 and they were more than willing to. I walked over to the Starbucks just down the road (not a Starbucks fan at all, but it is what it is haha) and received a text message from them 25 minutes later saying my film was done. Not only did they save me from Starbucks but they finished my roll of film way ahead of schedule. Thanks guys!
Great service, picked up some great lenses. Very helpful and friendly staff.
I went in to get a bunch of videos converted to DVD and the person was very helpful and listened to what order I wanted when converting all to DVD and all of that turned out great. On the way out I was browsing cameras and ended up coming back after checking prices and reviews and bought it (same price as online or big box). The sales person was very knowledgeable. I would definitely go back there when considering another purchase.
The people working here are the definition of superior customer service. I worked with John on a problem that I was experiencing. They are extremely knowledgeable and willing to take time with their clients. Looking forward to taking a camera class here.
It's hard to find someone local to develop my 35mm negatives these days. I drove to Mike Crivello to drop off 6 rolls taken in Spain in May. They did a marvelous job!! I mean, I'm a really good photographer, but they are THE BEST AT DEVELOPING from negatives. They actually LOOK AT what they're processing, as I look at what I'm shooting. I hope one day to afford a really good digital camera (from them), but until then, Mike will develop all my negatives (including recent ones from Scotland and Berlin). Can't speak highly enough of these guys and gals.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was DENIED service today by them. I needed my camera sensor cleaned due to leaving on a photography trip a few hours after they closed so I needed same day cleaning done. I called at noon saying I could get there before close. I was coming back from a camping trip and would barley make it on time. I then called when I was getting closer saying I would arrive at 5:40 and he explained it would take 25-30 minutes to clean my sensor. He was very rude on the phone and would not stay 5 minutes after they closed to provide a service they said they would do a few hours before. I was willing to pay double to get it cleaned and he was a rude old man and straight up denied service in exchange for a good. It was going to be my first time there but instead Arts Camera's Plus enjoyed my $75 rush fee instead. Would highly recommend them, not a company who denies service to a customer in need, especially when I was willing to pay double. Unprofessional.
