Supposed to be a quick night sleep. If the people next to us were not mating all night. I have teens who knew everything that happened next door. Health class next semester not needed. Thank you

Bed bugs, pungent odor (kinda like body odor and mold), mystery stains on the bed, kind of run down in general. The only bright spot was the staff who were actually very courteous. If you're desperate and have a tight budget, this may do, but even for the money, you can do better.

Staff was nice, but there were bed bugs, stains on the bed, and it smelled so bad it made me puke. Like, I even tried keeping the door open for a while and it still stunk.

One star because zero is not an option
My daughter and I spent the day at Cedar Point so I booked a room in advance so I would not have to make my 3+ hour drive home after a day at the park, but due to the conditions of the facility we drove home anyway. The lobby looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, the attendant at the desk was disheveled, the chairs in the lobby were stained and disgusting. Despite this we checked in and made our way to our room.
The outside of the buildings were in terrible condition and the pool looked like it had not been cleaned in forever.
Once in our room it got worse: dust and what appeared to be paint flakes on the chairs, a layer of dust on all the furniture, cobwebs and debris in the shower, etc.
We left immediately, as neither my daughter or I could even bring ourselves to sit on any surface, much less shower, or sleep in your bed.
I understand that your price was one of the lowest available, but I would be absolutely embarrassed to present this as one of my hotels if I was Choice.response / report this review -

Service was fine. Room was plenty clean and the grounds in general were kept okay. Not too noisy. Roomed lacked a few amenities but nothing unusual for a motel. I wouldn't want to spend a day there but for a night's sleep it was perfect.

Our first hotel room had a awful smell, the floors were wet, the beds were wet and it had bed bugs. We had a every wonderful lady at the front desk get us a new room, while the floors were still wet, we could find signs of bed bugs. But just be aware of your surroundings.

Terrible! We got moved to 4 different rooms in one night each one worse than the last. Bed bugs. Burns in the floors. Disgusting conditions over all!

If I could leave negative stars I would. This place was disgusting. The door before even walking in was covered in spiders then entering the room we were hit with a mildew smell. The mirrors were not cleaned and were covered in stains. The tub was not cleaned. Ceilings were caving in. We also had friends in the room connected to ours and they had black mold in their bathroom. Worst place I have ever stayed. On top of all of that we made the reservations together and they charged me $10 more than the rest and the worker at the counter had no idea why this was done and said it was due to us having 4 people in our room, but all of the rooms we reserved had 4 people so there was no reason for the price difference. Stay very very far away from this place or you will get sick from it. Another major thing, the smoke detector was non existent. Just wires hanging down the the ceiling.

this place was absolutely disgusting. we got our key cards (which took forever), then when we got to our rooms we started checking everywhere we could to see if we were in the clear. my friend, who cannot sleep in a nasty room ended up finding bed bugs in her room (107 to be exact) on top of mold and a terrible smell, and immediately we returned our cards to the people and told them we would not be sleeping there. the lady refused to do anything about it, and instead went to the room and re-made the bed and closed the door. how disgusting. if you have stayed there recently I'd be careful because bed bugs are a nasty and expensive bug to get rid of. will forever be boycotting such a lazy, careless, disgusting hotel. do not recommend or even slightly suggest. not worth the trouble.
