Had a great time here. Really exceptional deluxe sites. Would definitely stay here again, and spend the extra for the deluxe site.

Very clean, nice campstore. Nicely groomed KOA. We had a deluxe site and it was great. Patio, table and chairs, fire pit, swing. They went all out.

Very upscale campground!! Very clean and staff is great! We stayed in the "MARS YURT"! It was just like the pics on the web site. There is a lot for kids to do at this KOA!! The owners were very nice and helpful, they even have printed out cards for different places that you may have to go to like stores , gas stations ex.. we have stayed at many koa and different campgrounds all around this one was 5🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠!!

I loved this KOA camp. Lots of things to do inside and out of the camp grounds. It is clean, quiet, has big level pull through spots and wonderful amenities. Amenities include heated pool and jacuzzi, kafe, camp store, laundry, gym, fishing, paddle boats.
    Would highly recommend.

Beautiful facility. There's always scheduled activities, it is well kept and shower/bathrooms are spotless. Sites are very level with gravel pads and drives. We have stayed here several times and will continue coming back. The only 'con' is that, in the newer section, the trees are not yet mature enough to give much shade

POOR SERVICE! I was told by Taylor what it would be to cancel my reservation. I agreed to the fee. The credit showed up on online banking. All good so I thought. Two days later a charge of $110 showed up on my CC. I'm like "WHAT"?? I called asked Taylor what happened? Vickie came on the phone and said that was because our original trip was scheduled for 4th of July and that was the FEE! Had I been told that when I called to cancel, that would be different, I was told $10!! They just charged my card without even letting me know!!! THIS IS WRONG! #KOA #KOAisWRONG

This was our first time staying at any KOA resort, and from our experience we will definitely stay again. My family stayed over the weekend of July 4th . I was a bit hesitant when I learned the price for tent camping, but I quickly learned the amenities and activities that were included were will worth it. The bounce pillow ( which was free with paid camping) was awesome, I'm in my thirties and had more fun on it then some kids. Other than some basic touch ups, all the facilities and ground were very clean. We loved where the tent sites were located in the woods, it made us feel far from home even though we were only 15 minutes away. Shelby/ Mansfield KOA is a great place for a family get away. The staff and owners were great, I never experienced a negative attitude once from any of them, such a friendly and positive team. We can't wait to go back and are thinking of trying one of the many nice looking cabins.

First off: Please learn how to spell if you are an attorney. If you are looking for good pizza you won't find it at a camp ground, that is pretty obvious. This is a bussiness these people are running and it is seasonal so they have to charge for amenities. If you are looking for primitive tent camping why would you stay at a resort?? Not a smart choice that seems like you made several times before.
Some people leave bad reviews because of their own bad choices and poor decision making.
I stayed here with my family for four nights. It was great. The jump pillow, which was a big hit was free contrary to other comments here. Staff was very nice. The place was clean and the owners were hands on. Tons of stuff to do for the kids. Oh by the way RV sites are for. you guessed it RV's not tents. Glad the owners are carefull in letting properly aged people on the property. To the owners. Keep up the good work. We will be back.
