Clean rooms and decently fast internet. Nice and helpful staff.

WARNING: Good place to stay NOT the lady that works night at the front desk is very unkind and puts on her glasses with beads on them and goes and harass people in the the pool and" need to see some ID" is her catch frase if you ask a question at the desk its "NO!!!!!!" for every thing other employees are so kind.

There was a dead rat in the fitness center, and they didn't even have weights. Bed was comfy and staff were friendly though.

Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Right off the highway so the location is nice. We used it for a bridal shower and the room wasn't Huge, but it was decent. Overall, good experiance.

Been staying bere for a bout 4 weeks now.they dont really go above and beyondyet again its Marion County. They got a pool. Its cold as shat. I havent been in once. Which sucks when thats all you got. If i ask they normally have it, besides paper or a pen.somehow they dont carry them. Claims theres a sauna.there isn'twe stayed 3 night at Comfort Inn. A much smaller hotel and we adored our time there. Pool was amazing, so warm and nice. The staff went out of their way to make us confortable, gave pool toys to my children, brought breakfast down for my kids.havent seen one comfort item since we've been at Country Inn. Ill never rent here again if i dont have too.we even have 2 conjoining rooms but they r still small. Here i avoid the front door cus i feel like theyre all staring at me.i go in a side door and avoid all the syper pleasant people here.one of the cleaning girls is super nice always brings us towels.thats all

Very nice stay!!! Had the grandkids over for pizza and to play in the pool. Had a great time. They also serve a very nice, hot breakfast. I'll be staying there everytime I visit Marion Ohio

Country Inn & Suites in Marion is an excellent place to stay. Our room was reasonably priced, very clean, decorated nicely and had all the amenities that we needed, and then some! My daughter has recently had training in hospitality, and she "inspected"the room based on her training and it pass with flying colors! We definitely will stay there again!

My wife and I decided to spend New Year's Eve with our 2 young children at Country Inn and Suites. We were treated very well during our stay, and for the most part, it was a nice stay. The only issues we had were a lack of paper products in our room, and a colder swimming pool than we would have preferred. We will definitely stay again soon.

We have stayed here twice now in the last week while traveling. The actual hotel is a perfect traveling hotel. It had a pool for my son, free WiFi, decent breakfast, and easily accessible from the freeway. Last Friday, the first time we stopped, I would have had rave reviews. The second time, their response to what has to be one of the most miserable nights I've ever experienced has made me never want to go here again. At 12:45am and 2:30am the hotel fire alarms were set off. Not once, but twice we had to evacuate the building. I had to get my 8 year old son and sister with Downs quickly ready to go out in 30 degree weather and wait for the fire department. When asked this morning what our compensation would be, we were told there would be done because it was out of their control. While I think it's unfortunate this happened to them, I would expect they sympathize with their customers and do whatever they can to make it right. This is not the case and this is the reason for their 1 star.
