Attended a work conference here. It was clean, and the decor was nice. Overall the experience was good. The food from the kitchen was delicious. We had a nice time. Right downtown, with easy access.

well at first I was going to rate this pretty high. people are extremely nice now I see why. heading into day 4 they only made my bed once and I am a Spire IHG member. also asked them to change the dirty nasty ironing board cover it has grease marks and very dirty. they left the cover for me to change myself. also the washing machines are out here I travel and need clothes cleaned they handed me a laundry bag to send my clothes to the cleaners at my cost? over $6 dollars a shirt? no way? so they treat you nice because they aren't very helpful at all will add pictures later. oh and old uncomfortable not foam mattresses. very sad state for a very old hotel in the hood. with sirens all night long and it's December. very disappointing with no signs of improvement. have talked to the people downstairs at the counter they say they are going to help but don't. will not stay here again and the pool is closed

I stay at a lot of holiday inn hotels and I'm from up north, by Toledo and their hotels are very well, our room wasn't ready until after 430pm the women on the phone said their was free breakfast, work out room, hot tub and indoor pool. Everything was out of service. So we left went to my parents house and got back, the room was decent bathroom still had someone's hair in it only 3 pillows were given to us and I asked some another one, they couldn't find it. Went down to their little restaurant to eat, chicken tenders were outrageously priced so we didn't eat there they charged us 8 dollars for 2 Dr peppers. Coffee maker didn't work, overall it was a very bad night, they charged me 110 and another 85 I would not recommend this holiday inn in Mansfield parking lot was very sketchy only 6 vehicles

Not bad, could use an update and the pool was out of service while I was there. But the staff is all very friendly and the breakfast is pretty good. Don't venture around behind the hotel. It is a pretty bad neighborhood back there. And this coming from a guy familiar with Kensington Philly.

VERY friendly and accommodating staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was out of service and a few things are looking date and worn but all in all a nice stay and would stay here again.

made a reservation at this location as they indicated there was an indoor pool. When making the reservation we stated we chose this location because of the indoor pool and hot tub. The individual confirming the reservation stated they did in fact have a pool and hot tub. We arrived and were told that the pool was not available as there were "problems" and they were in the process of draining it. Mind you, the check in clerk wasn't sure "if the pool" was operational and had to call maintenance. We cancelled our reservation not only because of the fact that the pool had not been operational for sometime but the lobby appeared to be dirty. I noticed that the couches in the lobby were somewhat stained and the pillows on the couch were the same. Furthermore, the ceiling had numerous areas of stains. One other individual was also asking about the availability of the pool when we were waiting for a response and the check in clerk indicated that to enter the pool you either go up the 2nd floor then take the steps down as the pool is below the main entrance. There used to be a service elevator for the pool but that hasn't been operational for sometime. Huh. But, if you think that is strange, she said you could also walk through the check in desk at the entrance, walk OUTSIDE the front door, turn left then walk down the grassy area to enter the pool. Sure, that would work just great during the winter season to have to walk outside to walk back inside to get to the indoor pool. Are you kidding me??? I swear I couldn't make this up and I truly though she must be joking when she told us that but unfortunately she wasn't. Surrounding area is very, very questionable. Lots of folks just "hanging out" in the parking lot which is in the back of the hotel. Very bizarre as you need to park in the back and then walk around to enter the hotel. No thanks. Cannot imagine walking around after dark in that area under any circumstances. Would never, ever go back.

My best friend lives in Columbus and I'm in Cleveland we wanted to meet in the middle so our girls could spend time together and celebrate their birthdays. Ten and 11 year old girls love the pool and this one was awesome, according to the pictures online. Not at all the case. There was Black mold, no chlorine, and the neighborhood kids were using it. It was disgusting. They finally closed it down after we learned the hard way. We took our babies to the local Y and they had an awesome time. We'll never stay here again but big shout out to the Mansfield Y for being everything this place was not!

Eh, It is a hotel. I stayed about 6mo ago, and it was ok. Pool was nice. Staff was caring and friendly. If you don't like sketchy places, this is not for you. When I was there I could hear gunshots. Mansfield PD sucks, so don't think they will help it. Other than that, I like the room. The rooms were clean. The bathroom was very nice, had bath and body works toiletries. Beds were comfy, and there was a couch bed. Was pretty good for the price.

The Mansfield Holiday Inn is located in a financially strapped town that is trying to bring about its own cultural renaissance. Don't let the location fool you. Was a great hotel with very friendly staff. Parking was in an area that was a bit sketchy, but proved to be safe and secure. Had a vibrant amount of activity on night of my stay: a girl's dance symposium/competition. But hotel imposed quiet hours made it so the night and early morning were quiet and peaceful. When in Mansfield, give this place a shot.

Went for a conference. Staff was always nice. I used to work in a hotel so I am very nit picky..the restaurant was good and had decent vegetarian options! Pub chips were FABULOUS!

Everything was just like we expected, it was a great place to meet up with family and overnight while visiting the area. Really liked the downtown location!

The hotel is overall a high quality hotel. They staff have greeted me on every occasion with a huge smile. The smells from the restaurant/bar smell so inticing as well

Only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn't write a review with 0 stars. Would not recommend this place at all. Traveled here from SC for work and was supposed to be here 3 weeks, after two weeks my new $400 smart watch was stolen by housekeeping. Was told cameras on my floor don't work and was then kicked out because I was complaining. I have an investigation goo g with the police department. Was told by corporate that they couldn't help me with my loss and then offered me a comp night. Are u kidding me? DO NOT GO HERE.
