  My first time pawning something: a guitar amplifier. I needed some quick cash and didn’t want to sell outright. They gave me a fair price and explained everything to me thoroughly. I spoke to several employees and they were all friendly and helpful. The shop itself is beautiful. I paid the most attention to the guitar section, where they have a good selection of vintage amplifiers. There were also some decent looking guitars. I’ve only ever been to one other pawn shop, and it was pretty sleazy. This place couldn’t be further from that. The whole transaction was legit and I’m willing to bet it’s the best pawn shop in Columbus.

  Very rude and racist employee!
  
  Went to look at some tools and brought some things with me to trade incase I found something I liked or just sell and buy their tools when I was showing some lady working the watch section she was the rudest racist of a lady I've ever meet after standing there waiting for the customer before me to finish and watching the whole transaction I knew she had some type of feelings once I stepped and the first thing out of her mouth was we don't take anything without a receipt I informed the lady the best I had was a box from when I bought it a year ago she insisted they needed receipts. So I didn't say a thing as I knew the person before had a way more valuable piece of jewelry and did not have a receipt but she didn't even ask about it. I recommend going other places just a bad place to spend money

  I've been going here for years as they had an awesome staff in the music department, but now they hired some lame dudes to work there. They aren't really that friendly in that department and change prices from the price tag on the instrument, from what they think is a good price on quality instruments but instead, they like to double the used value and rip you off on some junk. You can find way better instruments or gear online elsewhere.
  
  If they would have sold me a bass that I wanted at the price on the tag, I would have bought it. It was marked at 495 but as soon as I wanted it they changed it to a 1000. When I know it's only worth 500-600.
  
  So with that said, I'm never doing business with them anymore, after going there for almost a decade.
  
  I miss Rob, Brent, that guy with the bling, and Gary.
