I had a really great experience there today. I had a laptop with some issues with the hard drive. After taking it to 2 different repair shops, I was told the cheapest amount it would cost to get repaired was $800. I took it into this apple store location with the intention of spending that much to get it repaired but instead a technician named Ryan took it to the back and fixed it on the spot for no cost. Couldn't be more thankful. Definitely recommend coming here with any repairs.
They do not staff enough representatives to attend to customers in a timely manner. Each time I call, I wait on hold for AT LEAST 20 minutes before the FIRST expert picks up. Expect to give Apple a good chunk of your time.
Literally by far the best customer service I have ever had! Chauncey, Emily, Andrew & George were absolutely amazing in helping me get a new phone when mine couldn’t be fixed. Not only did they all stay for over an hour after the store closed, they also were genuinely happy to help me.
I was going on a trip the next day and my phone just kept saying “no service”. They took every avenue to ensure that I would leave with a phone that night. I will purchase all Apple products from this store from now on.
Thanks to some expert Customer Care on the phone before I went which convinced me to pay for it over the phone, I just walked in and out of the store with ease for my new iPhone 8
Busy, generic Apple store. Good luck finding someone to actually take your money if you want to buy something. Lots of staff hanging around that seem more interested in posing and chatting among themselves than helping customers.
Absolutely AWFUL customer service. I sat there waiting 2 HOURS to be helped and when they finally came, nothing was helpful at all. Would not recommend
Came here because my iPhone 7's ear speaker was muffled. They told me it was covered under warranty. 2.5 hours later, my phone is in working order. Very hassle free. They always are very transparent with options and do go out of their way to help. Great attention to customers.
Absolute worst experience! They said I would wait 30-40 mins. I ended up waiting over an hour while people around me were assisted. I had no phone, so I was unaware of the time until I checked with the person next to me. At first I though most people might have had appointments, but then realized I was just being skipped. When I asked I was told that they marked me as not sitting in the right spot, so they skipped. I WAS SITTING WHERE I WAS TOLD TO SIT! I definitely did not receive the same quality service as the people around me. Even a few of the workers said nothing when I was obviously uncomfortable with the conversation the man next to me was trying to have. Maybe it's because I look like a young girl that won't cause trouble, but no one apologized for the mix up. Apple Store, please do better. :/
Went in to get an Apple Watch already having done my research. Was not acknowledged by any of the members working (there were workers having conversations with one another, on their phones, and just wondering aimlessly). Went to pick up one of the Apple Watches go show my interest only to have a gentleman ask to see it so that he may continue to sell to a gentleman he was already selling to. I told the woman by the door with the clipboard that I knew what I want (size, colour, everything) and just needed to buy. She pointed to the gentleman who only saw the watch he wanted to sell and not even myself who was holding the watch and said that if I just stood by, he would help me out. Said he was "just talking to the other guy at the moment." Then proceeded to turn away from me and walk away without even pausing for my response. Will be taking my money elsewhere.
This is the second time we get the automated response from technician that the cracked screen cannot be replaced because the phone "has fallen multiple times and the frame is dented". Well this phone fell only once faced down on a granite floor and the screen cracked. No dents. A previous phone had a small crack and we were told the same story so it "better to upgrade phone instead of repairing it". We are sick of this trick!! It is s scam to get people to keep buying phones. Apple is going down hill! This has to STOP!
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at this store. I was slightly overwhelmed when I walked it, but everyone that helped me was kind and considerate. There was a slight mishap when replacing my battery which they took care of swiftly. They are really great and very customer-service oriented! I will definitely be returning when I need other apple products serviced!
Staff is efficient and friendly! They go out of their way to help resolve any issues you have. They treat you like a valued customer. Shout out to Glen for making my experience easy and enjoyable!!
I went to the Apple store in Easton a couple weeks ago because I was considering buying an Apple Watch and wanted to see/handle one in person. I got to the store and had to sign up on a list just to be able to hold an Apple Watch. Once I got connected to a sales rep (Jeremy? Jeffrey? I forget his name), all he did was talk about how he uses his Apple Watch and told me about his family. I guess some people would find this cute, but I came to the store to learn more about the product, not more about the workers there. I even told him I just came in to mess around with the watch and see if it was for me, but he wouldn't shut up about his kids - he showed me Instagram videos of them talking and pictures of them on his phone for about 20 minutes. By then I was fed up and told him I had to leave.
I miss the good old days when you could walk into an Apple store just to mess around with the products that they sell without having to sign up to hold things and without needing supervision by a sales rep. I still got the Apple watch, but I went to Best Buy instead for my business.
Apple sells great products - just this store has terrible service.
