All of the associates I worked with were incredibly knowledgeable about their products and services. I came in and purchased a Trek Allant 7 e-bike. I came in a few times, they let me test drive all the different models, and answered all questions they could.They informed me of financing options available and even called me back to let me know about additional finance options that were available after I left.Would 100% purchase again and look forward to my yearly tune ups!

I really appreciate the amount of time the staff took to show me specifics about my bicycle and how to maintain it properly. They are very knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. I highly recommend Rockford Bicycle Company for purchase, repair and annual tune-ups. (P.S. If you purchased your bicycle from them your annual tune-up is free.)

All honestly the people at RBC very good to deal with. I have bought 2 wonderful bikes from this lovely company and everything to go with it. I have no idea where all the negativity comes from since all my interactions have been positive and refuse to go any where else.

I feel I was not treated fair by this store and lied to about the bike I bought which was a 3 wheel Adult trike. The bike was bought on a Saturday just before closing that day, I asked question about the bike but no one seemed like they wanted to answer my questions, even the managers. I wanted to know if I could fall over with this bike and they said no and that was it. The reason I wanted to know is I have dementa and had strokes and wanted to be safe riding this bike. They brought the bike to me the next Monday and the guy left and I got on and rode it never new that it tipped so easy and I feel and I was going down our road. they took me to the hosptial and was banned up pretty bad but nothing was broke. This happened June 17th and to this day yet Aug 6th i'm still hurting on my knees from this. I called to see if I could bring back the bike and they told me no. I'm 69 years old and now scared to get back on this bike because of the fall. And don't know what to do to make them understand they were at fault for not telling me it was easy to tip over. If any one could help me so they would take this bike back please look me up and help me please.

Bought my Trek at RBC a few years ago, and I needed a tweak for some chain slip I was having. Took it in when the store opened today, and even though they were busy, they were able take care of it in short order the Sunday B4 the 4th of July! Great staff, and the owner has always been great to deal with as well. Nice job RBC!

Some of these reviews crack me up - it's a bike shop, the guys who work there are bike guys first and foremost, which is what I want. I've never had a bad experience with the staff at RBC. You want your ass kissed - go to Nordstrom and get a Personal Shopper! ; )

Worst experience of my life! Too my bike in to get it serviced First time there.Dropped a ridiculous amount of money took the bike home come to find out the gears were all screwed up too it back and they looked at yet apparently whoever worked on it didn't know what they were doing then had the nerve to charge me again for their mistake the first time .Not a happy customer and will be never be back. save your self and go somewhere else

RBC! They offer free tune ups on bikes purchased through them making me not worry when my bike gets a little funky! The staff is very helpful and the owner dropped everything he was doing to attend to my every need! Thanks for the help and great service!

Purchased a new Trek Mountain bike a few weeks ago and it was a fantastic experience! Skip, the owner, was extremely helpful during the process of choosing the right bike for my needs.
