Don't go here. I'm doing you a favor. Unless you want to get ripped off. The man was VERY RUDE. Argued with me the whole time telling me how bad my nails were so I'd pay more when I only needed a fill. Filed my real nail to a point! And made him fix it. Not to mention talked bad about me to the other lady really? Gel overlay. Total $45.He even asked if I wanted my eyebrows done. I said no ( I can do my own thank god! And if they messed those up I would rage) NEVER going back idc if they are open to 9pm

Worst experience I have EVER HAD! I have went to this place three times and EVERY time I had an issue. The customer service is horrible! The first time I was having a pedicure done for my birthday, they threw a towel at my head and laughed about it, no apology, the next time I was doing fake nails, and was scolded for not telling her that the light turned off for the nail dryer. The third time is the last time I will ever go here. In this time, I went and was getting acrylic nails. It was supposed to be $20, they gave me gel acrylic nails that I didn’t want and charged me $35 for the service. In the time that he did my nails he burnt my nails so bad it felt like it was on fire, they were bleeding and sloppy and not even how they should have looked, he refused to let me go up to the counter to have my receipt and pay I had to pay at his desk. I had to go back and complain because they were done so bad! The guy fought with me and then gave me $5 back. Upon going to his desk he made sure the whole place new, and walking up I got horrible dirty looks from the employees!!! Never coming again, terrible service and terrible customer service. Never been somewhere so disrespectful and not worth any money spent at all!! If I could give them no stars I would! Not to mention that they overcharged me, and when I came back gave me 5$ back when I spent over 20$ more! Horrible horrible horrible customer service and they’re so rude!

Update: They re-did my wifes nails after going back for the third time (one initial, then two visits back for fixing). I am changing the 1 star review to a 3 star review only because They did try to fix the problem this time around.

STAY AWAY*** THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! If I was able to give ZERO stars that would be a compliment for this place because it deserves NEGATIVE stars. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff and the worst quality nail job ever. We were in a pinch, out of time, and did not read reviews before hand. Wish we did because now my wife has to go somewhere else to fix what this place messed up. We were given multiple different prices in the beginning and ended up paying $40 for a no chip full set WITHOUT color. Everything kept being extra so she said she would paint them herself. We went there on Sunday afternoon and two nails are already broken. After going back there today, they refused to correct the problem or give a refund of any kind.response / report this review -

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lady who did my nails was rude and rushed through it, my nails looked terrible at the end. the nails were not even in length and weren't filed evenly, as well as the fact that she did the acrylic way to thick because she did not take the time to sand it down. the ladies who were not working were sitting around on their phones with their feet up and it took forever them to greet people who walked in. I am not going to this place again.

I went to go get my nails done and the lady that did my nails told me it was going to be 30 dollars. After she was done I asked her again just to make sure it was going to be 30 dollars and she agreed. I payed with card and she gave me a reciete and it said 30 dollars. I went to check my phone because I have an app specifically for my card and it keeps track of all my purchases and balance. It said that 36 dollars had been taken out of my card (the app also tells me the locations I purchased at). I asked the lady why 36 dollars were taking out of my card and she jumped and seemed very afraid when I confronted her. I'm pretty sure she scammed me, and I am not very happy about it. Although it was only 6 dollars, I'm still mad at the fact that she stole from me.

First time I went there, everything was fine. Service was great, staff was friendly, and I left feeling pretty good. I enjoyed myself so much the first time, I thought I'd go a second. The second time I went in there, this crabby older lady with stenciled in eyebrows did my nails. She asked me if I wanted a design for $5, I agreed and allowed her to do whatever design she wanted, she did a 'cheetah print' that was just a bunch of half-assed white smears. Then she attempted to put a jewel on my thumb, and ended up smearing my nail polish. She wasn't even going to fix it, she just told me to go out my hands under the light. I proceeded to tell her that I didn't like my nails, and that I had decided to go with the gel nail polish, and I didn't want a design anymore. I apologized for the inconvenience, and she just scoffed and started man handling my hands. Then she looked up and said very rudely to me, "Are you sure you want gel? You should go ask your mom for permission because it's $30, very expensive." I replied with "I am aware of the price, I am paying for myself." She acted surprised and continued to do my nails, and was persistent in reminding me that the gel is $30, I had brought in my own color of polish and the gel color she matched it with was not even close to what I wanted, and at that point, I was done and just wanted to leave. She over trimmed my nails and buffed them so rough she burned my hand with the machine and I left with my nails too short and sore. The edges we're done sloppy and I had air bubbles that formed at my cuticles. When I went up to pay, she took my card and was hinting at me paying her double for the extra time she had to do my nails. She kept saying "I did your nails twice." I apologized again and left without giving a tip, I had never felt so insulted trying to get my nails done. I didn't even like the service I got and just wanted to go home and take it all off. So disappointed this second time around. I regret not complaining right then and there, but I just wanted to leave at that point. Waste of my time and $30.

This was the most unorganized nail salon I've ever been to. As soon as I walked in the door a lady was complaining that she came in in the morning and got acrylic nails and she was back in there that night because her nails are already coming off. I still procced to get acrylic nails and a pedicure. $25 each as it says on the sign. Some how they tried to charge me $70. It's only supposed to be $50. Very unprofessional, and will definitely go somewhere else next time

I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Had appointment but wasn't able to get in until a half an hour later. Got the no chip & they chipped the day after. The lady didn't ask how long I wanted them before she cut them. I asked for the coffin shape & they aren't all the same shape, size, or length. Horrible service. Was moved 3 times to different chairs in the middle of my nails being done. The nail polish paint isn't even painted on the whole nail. She received no tip & I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Yayy my favorite nails salon! Great people amazing technique so coming here definitely give you that perfect experience! Love the smell in here! Not so chemically but pretty nice and relaxing!

The man doing my nails was up and down out of his chair and talking to the girl next to him the entire time. He did not ask me it what I wanted for shape or size, which is usually a common question professional nail artists asks. He also proceeded to cut up my fingers until I was in pain and when I asked him to come down on the price he argued with me and insulted me horrible service

Absolutely the best place in town for nails!! The entire staff is amazing!! Place look so pretty and comfy and super clean as well! It is well decorated and they have a lot of high quality product!

I like the place a lot! People here are incredible! I got a gorgeous nails set with amazing nails color! They took time with my nails and it has a great shape and all callus treatment thing worked pretty well! Can't wait to come back
