Had a great pedicure at WM with Cassandra recently. Thank you for providing a nice environment with great products and people. Looking forward to returning and adding services. Cassandra made a few great skin product recommendations also. No pressure to buy. But the products are great!

This was my first visit with my mother and sister in law and might I say it was very pleasent! The steam room was a nice start and I enjoyed sitting by the fire place in the quiet room. The massage I had was done by Katie and she was very gentle which I liked because I don't really get messages very often so I'm quite sensitive to touch. After my first visit I'd definitely recommend coming again!

After a bad haircut, Brittanie was able to fix it. My curls are looking a lot better. Thank you!

Loved the fireplace waiting room. Was somewhat disappointed by the rest of it. The massage was okay. I told the woman that I have a medical condition that causes systemic inflammation and she looked at me like "why are you here then" instead of "how can I help you." And, I know it's not her fault, but her hands were freezing the whole time so every time she touched me it make me jump not so relaxing lol

This place is the most unprofessional dump I've ever encountered.I bought a 70 DOLLAR gift certificate for my father n before he uses it they say someone else already has.and from the reviews this isn't the first time it's happened so they've basically robbed me of the money and didn't do a damn thing to accommodate me and I will b turning them into the better business Bureaupathetic

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star instead of 0 stars. I went to make an appt with my gift card that my mom gave me a while back for my bday gift. They said there was $6 on this card that my mom purchased (in the amount of a 1 hour massage) and they couldn't tell who used it or any other information. Because it had been a while since my birthday my mom didn't save her receipt. They preceded to call me 2 days later and leave a message after contacting their manager to tell me there's nothing they can do so I'm out the money. I don't know how this happened because the gift card never left my room after I got it. Neither my mom nor I will be buying gift cards from them or visiting their salon and we will warn everyone of this. Beware!

I'm so happy with the service at this salon/Spa. I went in for a hair cut and requested Adrienne. I did careful research and she had many good reviews, and here's another. I haven't had a hair cut in two years, been doing my own hair to save money, but I wanted to treat myself this month. Adrienne is not only a hair stylist but a true artist. My hair is "pin worthy!" (Pinterest). I'll be saving up to visit her from now on. Highly recommend her for hair cuts and styles.

This is my favorite treat to myself and Weiss Morris always does a spectacular job at making my every visit with them the most relaxing, tranquil, and tops the last every time. I always feel at ease and peace when I leave. From the friendliest receptionist to the expert hands masseuse. Keep up the great work and I'll keep coming back.

I received a gift package and used it to get my hair colored, cut and styled! Rachel did an excellent job with my color!! I was trying to give her ideas of what I wanted but I couldn't exactly express what I meant but she knew exactly what I wanted and I love my color! Ashley styled and cut my hair to the exact cut I showed her from a pic on Pinterest,I went from long hair to a short bob.The ladies were amazing and I will treat myself to WM for hair and color from now on!!:)

As a gift last Christmas my husband gave me a very generous spa package, the 'Comfort and Joy' package for two people to use. The package consisted of a 60 min. massage for each of us, 60 min. facial for each of us and a mani/ped for each of us. My daughter, who lives in Chicago, and I were finally able to set a date to use it and did so 10 days ago. The massage and facial were wonderful! However, the mani-pedi were not, and I would not recommend WM to anyone for this service. In addition to the large amount my husband had paid, we paid an additional amount to upgrade to a no-chip mani/pedi. After 6-7 days, both mine and my daughter's fingernails are chipped - both chipping within 6-7days of the service, and my daughter's toenails are chipped. At the salon I normally frequent in Rockford (for a less expensive cost), my no chip mani always last 2 weeks at the very least and then I only have them redone because they grow out from the cuticle - not because they have chipped. My daughter frequents a salon in Chicago. Her no chip mani lasts for 3 weeks and her toenails even longer without chipping. In addition, since she had a no chip mani prior to this mani, the polish had to be soaked off using the cotton pads, polish remover and foil. As the nail tech worked on her toenails, my daughter finally had to tell the tech that her fingernails were starting to burn. The tech apologized and promptly removed the foil, etc. My daughter's nails are now thinner than what they have ever been which we can only attribute to the remover and foil remaining too long on her nails. We are not the type to complain, but needless to say, we are both very disappointed in the no chip mani/pedi - especially considering the cost of the service, and will not return to WM again for this service.

Update - after the above review, I was contacted by Haley at WM DaySpa Salon. She was very apologetic and offered a re-do of the no chip mani/pedi for both my daughter and myself. I greatly appreciate their efforts and am impressed with their customer service. Thank you!

I went here for a lady-parts waxing once. I walked out of there limping and bleeding somewhat hysterically. Since it was my first wax experience, my assumption was that this was how all waxing was like. WRONG. Waxing doesn't have to leave you bloodied and destroyed. Little did I know that evidently WM is where people can start when they aren't terribly experienced, which is likely what happened to me. I've since found an someone experienced and never plan to go back to WM for a waxing. I will give it two stars since the building and atmosphere is professional.
