This place is great. They do tapas-style small plates as well as entree-style medium plates. The food is flavorful and innovative, the cook on our meat was perfect. I am a total burger guy and I highly recommend their hamburger, the blueberry mustard and Boursin are a great combination. The restaurant is fairly small and filled up pretty quickly on a Friday evening, so make a reservation or get there early. And make sure to try the bacon wrapped dates!

A great selection of drinks and food with a really interesting twist. The food itself was delicious, the service friendly and quick, and the place has a cool layout inside. Highly recommend.

Over priced everything is spicy they changed 20$ for a fruit and cheese plate that probably had 4 bites of cheese with some dried apricots and cranberries and a few almonds. Our waiter was slow and uninformed . I will never go back our bill was outrageous, even though the service was awful I still left a good tip because being a past waitress myself we work for our tips

Great eats and the wine store inside the restaurant has great deals on good wines at very affordable in store pricing . The meals are very diverse and great tasting with a lot of extra care in unique cuisines. Have been to Five Forks Market / restaurant several times and have never been disappointed. Great tasting apps along with homemade soups that are not repetitious. A definite thumbs up.

The food is great- an interesting menu with comforting foods with an interesting twist. The waitstaff is excellent and very knowledgeable about the menu, the wine (great selection and fairly priced). One of the best restaurants in Rockford.

Excellent for dinner. Not an extensive menu, but food is delicious with an upscale look and feel, withOUT a ridiculous price. Huge liquor and wine selections (a full page of bourbons!) plus mixed drinks and custom soft drinks. Venue itself is a bit tight and therefore loud when busy, not so much that you can't converse though. Staff was helpful and attentive!

I wish we had this chain in Minnesota. Yea I know it's a chain but I always like the food they put out. This place was very good and the service was excellent. I was plenty full for a great price.

Excellent, service great, curry lamb balls were very good but bed of mozzarella didn't compliment. Artichokes was exceptional. Disappointed w/shepherd's pie, okay but not stellar.

Consistent great service and excellent food. I have never had anything bad here. You can't go wrong with the Swedish pancakes, they are exceptional!
