Was casually browsing cars for replacing my lease in the spring. Was told that they would be able to take my lease in on trade and get me where I wanted to be financially. I was concerned they wouldn’t and confronted that concern to the salesman. He reassured me it would be no problem. Submitted a finance application. Sure enough came back and was 2-300 over where I wanted to be payment wise and told me exactly what I expressed to the salesman. These people are shady and will do whatever it takes to try and get you into something out of your budget.

I did not buy a vehicle and would not recommend anyone going here.

Rock Chevrolet was one of the best car experiences I have ever had. Shopping for my car was easy it was pleasant and it was fast I was in there and out of there within two hours. Brett was my sales person and he is personable he’s kind he’s honest and he has a sense of humor. Brett also sold my son a car my son is 20 and he was able to get in a 2017 Chevrolet Cruz I am in a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu I give Rock Chevrolet an overall rating of five out of five stars. I give Brett five out of five stars also. I’m hoping my third son will be visiting rock Chevrolet soon to pick up his own car. First car I purchased here didn’t last the first three months. It started having issues with transmission and eventually the car died while I was in the middle of the highway. They didn’t quite fix the problem. I was immediately sold a newer car as my “only option”. Payments are higher and they’ve made no effort to solve a problem they started. I was never contacted about necessary software updates on my vehicle, only to be told by another Chevy owner at another dealership while he was changing my oil. It’s frustrating how little attention is paid because they just want the sale not a satisfied customer. Screwed me twice. Don’t recommend.

Our sales man Juan was awesome. Walked in trying to get a used car and got a better deal. He was able to get my husband approved for a brand new 2017 Chevy Cruze. The staff here is awesome.

Great Staff! Super Friendly. Worked with Denny and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars he was showing me. I test drove about 5 cars and finally purchased an SUV for my family. It was nice because I came in with a strict budget I had to stay within and they worked to find me a car that I love and can afford! Will be sure to recommend to my friends and family!

I had awesome service, when I came in for my oil change they washed and waxed my car along with a tire shine. And the sales man Kenyon Carter answers any questions I have whenever I call and dose everything he's can to help. What a great team they have here at rock Chevrolet.

Very bad customer service! I called the first time and spoke with a lady on the phone and told her I was interested in a particular vehicle, she transferred my call and when the guy answered on the other end I told him I was interested in this vehicle, he rudely replied to me "why did she transfer you to me this is the parts department?" I replied to him I have no idea and told him I will call back.

The second time I called, the girl answered and I again told her I would like to speak with someone in sales, she said okay let me transfer you. A guy answered after she transferred me, I told him I was interested in this particular vehicle and he replied let me transfer you to a guy who knows more about that car. He did in fact transfer me to someone's line, but the phone rang and then went to his voicemail. I left a message and asked that this gentleman please call me regarding the vehicle I was interested in, I never did receive a call back from this individual.

I was a little aggravated from all of the run-around, so I waited until the next day and called back. The girl answered the phone and I explained all of the issues that I've been having and that all I wanted to do was speak with someone in sales. The girl on the phone, replied okay well then I will just help you. I asked, are you in sales? She replied no I'm not. I said I would like to speak with someone in sales about the vehicle. There was some hesitation, and then she said well don't worry I will just help you. I said look, all I want to do is speak with someone in sales. Felling aggravated, I then said you know what just forget about the car this is too much hassle and I said thank you goodbye and hung up.

Again I was very aggravated, because I was really interested in this vehicle but I decided I'm not going to keep calling over there and wasting my time. So the next day I was surprised when my phone was ringing and the caller ID said it was from the dealership. When I answered the phone the gentleman on the other end, said hello my name is Edgar I understand you want to have us run your credit and then go over some numbers about a vehicle you're interested in. I replied to him, that is partially right but I do not have any interest in getting my credit run unless we think we are close on numbers, so I would rather talk about numbers before I have somebody just run my credit randomly.
Edgar said okay and then asked me a few questions about trade-in, how much I want to to put down etc. Edgar then said I will get back to you with some numbers.

There was a series of text messages that were from a dealer phone, so I'm not sure if it was actually messaging from him or one of the front desk people. I provided all of the information that was requested, but I never did get a call back.

I would be very surprised if the owner of this dealership knows things are running like this. I can't imagine how many sales are being lost on a daily basis if this is how they operate.

Any service problem has been taken care of in a timely manor. Service manager has always had the answer or been able to get one. Great service department.

Yet another wonderful trip to rock Chevy! They give you a chance and work with you, if you need a car come here you will leave satisfied! Walked in to look at one car and was told they would not put me in it because it's not safe, then then showed us a brand new 2017 Chevy sonic, it was nice but we really wants a v6 or v8 so Joey T worked hard and got us into a beautiful 2007 GMC Acadia!! We didn't have great credit and they got us financed anyway with capital one at a great interest rate considering our credit! Joey T will break his back for you, the whole rock team is great!! Head light was out in car when we got home brought it back to ask if they would fix it and then did! For free, how great is that! Thank you rock Chevy and Joey T for giving us a second chance!

Rock Chevrolet is fantastic! Sam and Edgar made the process easy to understand and enjoyable. I was in desperate need of a vehicle and didn"t have transportation from Milwaukee to Illinois. Sam actually dispatched a valet to pick me up so that I could finalize paperwork. By far, the BEST car buying experience I've ever had! Worked with my credit and now I have a beautiful new car! Thank you Edgar, for being so patient and kind. Thanks to Sam to going to bat for me! I recommend Rock Chevrolet to anyone looking for a stress free car shopping experience!

Everyone at Rock Chevrolet was great! Customer service was outstanding. Sales associate Tim made sure we were satisfied with our new car. I feel they went over and beyond making sure we knew how to operate every button in the car. They also explained and helped with downloading apps on our phones. Very pleased with Rock Chevrolet, glad we came.
