I dropped my car off at the service department for them to check why my car was leaking oil. It took them 24 hours to check my car. I dropped off at 3:45 pm and I picked it back up the next day at 3:40 only for them to tell me whoever did my oil change before I dropped off my car to them did it wrong. Please explain to me how that took 24 hours to figure out. The manager Bryan was very rude and I would highly recommend going somewhere else for any car service.

Overall I was happy. Good staff etc. Only issue I had was a bought a new kia optima and I found scratches and dents on it the next day (I bought it at night after work) but there going to fix it so that's a huge plus. But its not so great because I live over an hour away.

I went to Shelor to look at used cars thinking I wouldn't qualify for new car financing. Daniel Paige was my salesman and he was awesome. He has a great personality and got me in a brand new Kia Forte. I was extremely pleased with the sales and service team at Shelor and the overall experience! They screwed me over and after I realized it it was too late. And after filing a complaint guess what I never heard back from them. So I went to the office where I was politely told to go f@&$ myself. Shelor Motor Mile is the biggest scam of a company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I will make sure to destroy you on social media and in reviews. Thanks for nothing you con artists. Special shout out to Shelor Kia and Shannon and Ronnie there for being the two henchmen of this scam. DONT EVER GO TO SHELOR!

Was able to drop car off everyone was very nice and professional and very helpful. They called when my car was finished and my friend dropped me off and I was one of Trevor's people and they came right up with the paper work, I paid and looked around and there was my Kia.

Thank you! Everyone was very nice and especially in that heat, the poor people had no air conditioning and they still were as sweet as could be. That's good customer service. Above and beyond. I will always come to Shelor.

I had a concern about a molding strip around my window and made an appointment with the body shop, but I also needed a routine oil change. The issue with the molding was addressed by the tech who greeted me when I pulled into the garage therefore the appointment was not necessary. I left the car for the oil change and went to lunch nearby with a friend. The tech called me during our lunch to say the car was ready. Loved the fast, friendly service and the call to inform me I was ready to go.
