Truly awful. I asked them to trim the hair on my pet's backside, so it wouldn't get knotted up or in the way of going to the bathroom. They shaved one side of her butt up over the tail then shaved all the way up her belly to her chest. Then, they made me feel like I was an idiot for complaining.

I took my cat here some years ago with a very cloudy eye. Dr. Shurling looked at it and explained that he had glaucoma and suggested a euclanation (eye removal). I have taken some of my other animals there, and have always been very satisfied with the service! Any veterinarian is pricey but I was pleased that my cats surgery was less than $300. thank you to the staff for great care!

We and our pet family have been seeing Dr. Shurling and staff for over 20 years. They are such caring people who have always shown us kindness, and provided our chihuahuas with outstanding medical care and attention. We have referred friends to Riverside through the years, who have been as happy as we are with the treatment their pets received.
