Traveled to Milledgeville from Warner Robins (about an hour drive) because they had a vehicle that caught my interest. I have been buying Hondas for the last 15 years, so it wasn't too tough to sell me on the brand. However, the customer service and buying experience I received from Lawrence exceeded any expectation I had when I entered the shop that day. Mr. Atkins's professionalism, mixed with his product knowledge made this the easiest purchase I have ever made. I wholeheartedly believe that good companies are made with good people, and it is people like Mr. Atkins that make Butler Honda a great place to shop. I may have bought a car, but Mr. Atkins earned my loyalty. Thank you sir, and I hope to work with you again in the future! M. Bennett

My experience was absolutely AMAZING!!! Tyler Carter was one of the best sales associates i've ever come in contact with. She was honest, her personality was bold, adventurous, bright and just simply AWESOME. She made my experience completely care free and it didn't take long at all!!!!! I recently bought my third Honda from Butler, four if you count my son's first Honda. This time, Sam helped me and could not have been more helpful. (Brian had always been our go-to guy :) Sam was incredibly nice and knowledgeable about the HRV that we tested. As it turned out, this was Sam's first sale after only two weeks on the job and it made me proud that I was his first buyer! He deserves major kudos for his professionalism and understanding his buyer's needs. I wish him the best and love my new HRV!!

Butler Honda has impressed me with their vast selection of new and used cars, as well as their no-nonsense approach to selling their vehicles. Bennett Prestwood is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and helpful car salesman I have ever encountered. Will be returning to Butler and Bennett for all my car buying needs in the future.

This is our second purchase from Bennett Prestwood. He gives outstanding service and listens to the needs of the customer. He then looks for the vehicle you have in mind within the budget you suggest. There is no pressure during the sale. He is an excellent salesman. Butler Honda should be proud to have such an employee on their staff.

My husband and I went to Butler Ford Honda last night and had the best customer service! Tabitha was AMAZING. She made sure that we had everything that we wanted in a car and was patient with my indecisiveness! She had the best personality and everyone in the office was super nice! I am so displeased with my service and vehicle from this dealership. FOR A 2016 HONDA ACCORD ,First I made a large downpayment and it wasn't applied to our payment. Then the tire went flat the first night I took it back they patched it instead of putting a new on on.. then I had to buy a new tire 2 days ago then it's the car mats they gave a new set and the are tearing upI am about to report them to Honda America .The General Manager tried to make it seem as though I rann over something on the way home to make a brand new car go flat the same night I purchased it, and they only patched the tire and it went flat after it was patched by them,stating that after I left the lot I was responsible and they longer where and they patched it for me as a courtesy. Thank you Lawrence Atkins, you sold me the care I highly appreciate your continued support, it's the upper management that's racist and unconcerned about my concerns.After having received no proper actions regarding my issues with my vehicle I only purchased 4 months ago, I am referring my concerns to HONDA AMERICA.
