I think they have the best car repair i have seen in my life. I had a small clunking noise in my car, I took it to CarX auto in normal. They told me it needed ball joints replacement and would cost me 800$. I took it to reiger motors and they fixed the sway bar links for just 133$. These guys are super honest and nice. I cant believe how much price difference there was. I have lived in many countries but havent seen better car repair. Its even cheaper than car repair in countries like india and china.

I actually have a Reiger review.The very first time I used them was on my 2015 F250 (which was about 2 years ago I guess). Anyways, they replaced the fuel filter and long story but in the new fords they required one more turn of the filter vs the 2014's and older. I get to Tuscola and my truck is losing power. I called Reiger's and they asked if I could get it to the closest Ford dealership. Nelson was on the phone with the dealership and come to find out they had seen that type of thing a lot with the new fords and not getting the filter on tight enough. Nelson told the dealership to replace the filter and to send the bill for the filter and service to Reiger's to take care of. Nelson apologized over and over and I get home to a handwritten apology letter and a check for my money back for the filter and oil change they did for me. Mistakes happen but honestly, I'd never had that good of customer service to try to remedy an unhappy customer. From then on I've ALWAYS used them for every vehicle. They are WONDERFUL!

Terrible place to take your car. stay away!!!!!! Took my car in for an oil changea couple months later my car started making a funny noise. I took it back and Nelson and another employee who claimed to have been there for 30 years told me that there was no oil in my car. They never put oil back into my car. Ruined the engine. Then tried to sell me a used engine for 6 thousands dollars. They are a bunch of lying, cheating, steeling, crooks.
