This place used to be good and fast, with good customer service; I've gone to them for several years. However, today was the third time in a year that it's taken over an hour to get an oil change without a line in front of me. Staff are not as friendly as they used to be. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I went to go get a refund today because the car wash was acting up. I paid and it wouldn't wash my car. When I went to the oil place to get my money back, one guy there was very rude and talked to me like I was stupid. He wasn't even helping the guy that was helping me with my refund. He was just standing there cocky and chiming in with a smart remark at everything I said. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately, they run the only car wash in town. It was very disrespectful and I would never take my car here for an oil change because of that guy. I believe his name was Jeffery. How unprofessional. I'd rather just wash my car at home.

Went here for an oil change. The guy pulled my car out after I paid, I pulled off and felt something in the tire. I pulled into the gas station and saw a shiny bolt in my tire. After arguing with me (both the store manager and the general manager), the general manager agreed to pay for it to get repaired. He gave me his card and told me where to go and to bring back the receipt. I took it to get repaired and was informed that due to the placement of the bolt, it could not be repaired and the tire had to be replaced. I picked out the cheapest tire for my compact car, presented the bill, and the manager called me and told me he wouldn't pay for it. I informed him that he could call the place that replaced the tire and they could confirm for him that the tire could not be repaired. He refused. He was rude to me from beginning to end. My husband said not to count on it that he would stick to his word, and he was right. Terrible experience.
