First appointment yesterday. Great experience. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Quick exam and helped me pick some great glasses and explained all the lens options. Was a great experience.

Professional staff from the front desk employees to the Doctors. Friendly and beyond helpful. They will take care of you. Wouldn't go any wear else.

I went to Richard & Armstrong for the first time today and was extremely impressed. Comfortable environment, friendly staff, and efficient appointment without feeling like you're a number. They had a trial pair of contacts available in my prescription (which NEVER happens) and they were transparent about processes, fees, and procedures. Highly recommend!

In my opinion I think Richard and Armstrong should stay open later like from 8:00AM-6:00PM thats my opinion.But otherwise I love Richard and Armstrong because that is where my daughter and grandaughter
