Need an appointment and plenty of time on your clock, check in process is very slow but people at the guard shack are awesome, also good luck finding parking at the 3 closest trucks stops been here several times and it doesn't seem to matter what time of day or night it is always full

Live load, the loader was really good. Fast. But took over 2 hours to get a door and over an hour to get paperwork after they told me it was ready. Desk lady was nice but 1 person working and 2 doing absolutely nothing. The earlier shift (check in) were all 3 chatting for 10 minutes while I just stood and waited. Nobody else there. Really poor customer service. The lady that finally helped at the end was great but that's 1 person doing everyone else's job. C'mon americold

When pulling in to their lot remember to sign in at the guard shack. Security is always friendly. When checking into the office make sure you have the correct pick up number and your is. If you miss your appointment time you will have to pay a fine.
Been here a few times. friendly staff. I mostly do drops and hooks but live loads are a pain in the ass. Extremely slow. No over night parking.response / report this review -

This place is slow. However I read the reviews and came prepared. Sat in the shipping office for over an hour waiting to check in. The two lady's working the window on a Friday evening are polite and easy to deal with which makes my time spent here enjoyable.

Guard was friendly and that's why I'm giving it two stars. After finishing with the guard, I drove to the far end of building and backed into a spot across from the building as directed. Walked into the office expecting to be in and out in a few minutes (it was just a drop and hook), and encountered a large group of unhappy looking drivers. It took over an hour and a half for them to check in /out the five or six guys in front of me so I could get to the window. Then the lady gave me back some of the paperwork she needed and called me a half hour later asking if I could email or fax the packing slip.

Long unloading as soon as new ELD mandate kicks in these warehouse will be messed up because they are no used to the trucks shortage therefore don't value the trucks hours of service

Have been here twice. The first time I was stuck in a door for 11 hours due to their computer system going down. This 2nd time I was in and out in 1.5 hours (loading both times). Neither time I experienced any rudeness from anyone. The office can be a bit crazy but just remember who was in there before you so you don't lose your place in "line" (there isn't a line really).

Staff has been unfriendly and unprofessional Drivers get frustrated easily when it seems that no one cares about there time. Very few smiles when dealing with Drivers but they talk back and forth with each other just fine .

If you are picking up a loaded trailer you are fine. If you need to pick up an empty the spotters drop them so low that your tires and sometimes your mud flaps will not fit under them. Have fun cranking landing gear. Sucks for locals that go there more than 2 times a day.

For a cold storage it's better then all others but they all suck. All Americold are slow always hoping to charge u for something . So from all other locations this one is probably the best.

It's not a bad place to pick up or deliver. A few times they have taken entirely too long to unload my trailer. But luckily the company I work for has a drop and hook thing going on. So lately we've been taking full advantage of that. And it's been great. When we have a drop and hook load going there it's 24/ 7, and yes that's great
