My sister and I stopped over on the way to a retreat. The staff was very friendly and askind if we were looking for anything in particular. I said it was our first time there and the shop was really great. We got som wonderful fabric and my sister (sneaky) got me a gc from there for Christmas. We are stopping by tomorrow on our way to retreat. Love this place!

One of my favourite quilt shops in the Indianapolis area. The ladies are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection of fabric and patterns too.

I had an absolutely wonderful time in this shop. The Back Door has great choices of fabric for a variety of quilting "styles" and the staff was friendly and helpful. I went on a Saturday. Saturday night while I was petting the things I purchased, I realized I had picked up the wrong size hexagons for my English Paper Piecing Project. I went back on Sunday to exchange, not realizing the shop is only open on the first and third Sunday. The owner just happened to be in the shop and was incredibly gracious. She let me in, found the correct size hexagons (luckily the same price) and let me exchange them. Since I live 4 1/2 hours from the shop and was just in Indiana for the weekend, the courtesy shown me was immensely appreciated. I highly recommend a visit to the shop!

Large store with timely prints. If you like country quilts this is the store for you. Modern prints are limited. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Many displayed examples to spark our creative mind. The location is a little difficult to find as it is nestled in the middle of a strip mall off the main road. The store shares a wall with the children's day care which I think should be the location of the ample supply of juvenile prints. Parking is convenient to the door.
