  POOR Workmanship with high installation labor charge. They just slap it in your house and are not interested to come back to fix their sloppy work. Chris at floors to go..our stairs look like crap.

  I bought laminated flooring from Floors To Go the material was great! The service department was excellent. The young salesman Joe treated me like royalty. I would certainly recommend Floors To Go to my family & friends.

  In 2013 my wife and I bought laminate flooring from Floors To Go. Within 3 years we experienced warping of the ends and edges. The bill of sale did not show any warranty on the Shaw laminate that was laid.
  We had to go to the Shaw website online to discover that it came with a 20 year warranty. Floors To Go send out one of their staff for an inspection who verbally told me he felt it was a manufacturing problem. When I asked for a copy of his report, I was told that it was their property and I was denied a copy of this report.
  An independent inspector from the manufacturer (Shaw Manufacturing) was scheduled to inspect our floor on request by Floors To Go. We received a report from Floors to Go telling us that the independent inspector said we had “a very high moisture content in our laminate” and that our claim was “denied.” However, when the Shaw inspector was in our house he measured with an instrument and said that our “floors were dry.” What he apparently wrote in his report was completely opposite than what he verbally told us in our home. Since I was denied the report from Floors To Go”s own representative, I felt it would be to no avail to even ask for the Shaw representative's report from Floors To Go.
  I was told from the Customer Service representative, Beverly Honeyman, that since Shaw denied our claim “there was nothing else they could do.” The point of this complaint is that Floors To Go failed to stand behind their product and be an advocate for us as their customer. We spent our hard earned retirement savings on this flooring, and felt betrayed by them as their customer.

  Will never buy any flooring from this place EVER! Customer service is a joke. Promise flooring in 3 days, got it 3 weeks later. Was never called by anyone to keep me post on my order, I either had to call or go by there to see if it was in. Name of business should be Floors to wait.

  I had my floors put in by floors to go in greenwood Nov. of last year.
  Early this year I noticed that there was a leak in the ceiling of my front room. After cutting away the drywall I found a leaky pipe and upon trying to remove the pipe from the wall noticed that it was nailed to the wall. The nail protruded from the quarter round that was installed by a subcontractor for floors to go. When I called them to let them know about this they could not get back with me until Monday. this happened for almost 6 weeks getting the run around call this person that person. Finally someone came out to look at it and agreed that it was in fact obvious what had happened. After speaking with the customer service rep today she basically told me that it did not matter what evidence was presented. She further explained that “I do not think that the subcontractor owns a nail gun” What? He set all those nails by hand? “Well finish nails are not that long” What? A person can buy them easily 2 inches long. Basically B.S., B.S., B.S. She is either incopentant or flatly lying to get out of paying for the repairs. I would strongly recommend that you do not do any business here. This has been nothing but a headache for me.
