Last night we had a small engagement party. We had told the receptionist that there was going to be loud music and dancing taking place. The receptionist disrespectfully told us to leave. So we were gathering our stuff together and all of a sudden the cops were here. We were rushed out by the cops. All in all I highly don’t recommend this hotel.

It was a very bad bad for me I didn’t see any respect. the lady on front desk she call the police for nothing I had a party and she asked me to lower the music and I did and she came again asking me to lower the music and it’s even low and after that she called the police and broke the contract without respect and am not out of rules by the way it’s wedding party that’s mean I have music and I asked them before I signed the contract if it’s ok and they said ok

i wish i could give 0 stars.
on the night of December 17th, two ball rooms were rented for a wedding. Weddings are known to have music and dancing, we were using the provided sound system at the party. the lady at the front desk asked us twice to lower the music and we did (we were not even close to max on THEIR sound system). the third time she came to us she informed us that she called the police, we turned the music off to see what the issue is. less then 30 min later everyone was asked to leave the property. the bride, her sister, her mother in law, and the relative in charge of the party left in tears. NO ONE deserves to leave their wedding crying.
we did nothing wrong, we used their system and listened when told to lower the volume.
we did not deserve such horrible treatment!

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you prefer to roaches staying a night with you. I have stayed at several Marriott properties and this hotel is one of the worst. The staff dose not seem to care about their guest and also when a problem arises then you are treated with disrespect. I had the house cleaning staff walk in while I was in the shower, the breakfast is just nasty, the property manager is too lazy to act when a issue occurrs.

The hotel is great, rooms are spacious and have full size fridge and stovetop for cooking. Bed was very comfortable. Every few days they have social events from 6 to 730 pm with assorted drinks and food items. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those visiting the area.

Awesome rooms, great staff and the breakfast is flawless with an outstanding chef! To push the bar even farther. They have a basket ball half court, pool, hot tub and 2 outside propane grills!!! Now talk about a little piece of home!!!

i am not surprised the reviews for this Residence Inn is amazing. It really is one of the best Residence Inns I've ever stayed at. I'm a Gold tiered rewards member, meaning I travel quite a bit and stay at quite a few Marriotts. I do typically stay at Residence Inn or Element hotels, I like the kitchens with the stovetops. I tried the Hiltons but the Home2 makes you rent a stovetop that doesn't work. Hence, my Gold status at Marriott. Needless to say, this location was safe, clean and looked almost brand new. All of the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. This location should be training grounds for other locations!

Room was clean and fresh when I arrived. Bed was really springy. Morning hot breakfast was decent, but lacked some staples like bacon or sausage. They have a waffle maker if you're into that. Evening happy hour was ok. Small selection of beers, but they were good beers. Couple of IPA choices and blue moon. They have a small pool, basketball goal and a small putting green out back.

Very nice stay! Facilities were clean and there were many things to do like swim and play basketball site and within walking distance like the Alley entertainment next door. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are spacious and has mini kitchens which is good for longer stays. However, no idea why they not have room service and or even restaurent on site. The breakfast is mostly good. The options are little but what is offered is good. The tv they have in the room is very difficult to use and many times unabke to change channels. No view and cleaning service was ok.
