Nice beautiful place to stay and have events in activities room. Staff was nice and kind. They did look up information when they could not find my inquiry.

Really can't ask for more! The front desk was super helpful. The room was fantastic. Very spacious and the furniture was really comfortable. There was a nice little kitchenette with a sink and everything that came in super handy! Everything was very clean, the bed was just right for me and the breakfast had all the essentials, including a waffle bar. It's also right in the middle of a bunch of shopping areas and nice places to eat. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm passing through.

I stay at this hotel almost every month. Despite multiple Hilton property options, I choose Hampton Inn Wichita Northeast because of the clean, updated facilities but most of all the friendly, attentive staff. Always great service!

It is a Hampton Inn so pretty much as aspected. Floors seemed noisier than usual but possibly just some heavier guests wearing clogs? Had to rinse out the dirty AC filter and remote batteries were dead.

The check-in lady that "helped" me just handed me a key and said, "Have a good day". Luckily I overheard her co-worker telling the couple next to me where everything was located and when breakfast was served. The room was nice and clean. My only complaint with the room was that the thermostat was really hard to find. If I had received better service I would have given the hotel a better rating

Not the best stay we've ever had here. Sub par rooms, no refrigerator in the room, and a cleaning staff even failed to take out dirty food from the room. But luckily the front-end staff was amazing and made everything correct so we may stay here again in the future.

Stayed here for five day for work. Nice rooms, good breakfast, and free cookies in the afternoon. The rooms are nice, modern, and clean. The business center has two computer and a printer and easy to use and access. The hotel is close to lots of eating places, I walked to most of them or it was a quick drive.

The worst excuse for a Hampton Inn I have ever experience. I am an honors member and have stayed at a lot of different Hamptons all over, including this one a couple times.When we travel we only stay at Hamtons if they are available. We love the luxurious beds that are usually associated with Hampton inn. This time our bed was as hard as a rock, heater sounded like a jet engine, no refridgerator in room, and shower door wasn't attached at the bottom. I now regret we booked for 2 nights! I don't know if I can do this over again tonight! I wouldn't have even given it 1 star if it would have let me write a review without it.

I stay in hotels 3-4 nights weekly across 5 states. The Hampton Inn Northeast Wichita is definitely my favorite. Every person is warm and friendly; they do everything they can to make the stay comfortable; and the hotel itself is very clean and always well maintained. The hotel is in a great location, not in the midst of traffic but conveniently located next to shops and restaurants and near the highway to get where you're going fast. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Wichita.

This part of town is nice. The room is clean and adequate. I was disappointed to learn no refrigerator could be provided. The fitness room is well equipped, other than one tread mill whose belt slips without warning. To name a few items, breakfast items so far ranged from good (fruit and sausage) to okay (eggs).
