Absolutely terrible hotel in an unsafe area. Reserved through Hotwire, since up until now I never had a problem with hotels I reserved through them.

That is, until I woke up (after fighting bed bugs all night) and found that my car had broken into with some (thankfully not all) valuables stolen. There is no surveillance in that area. Reported the break-in to the police and the hotel staff. Front desk lady was incredibly rude, as were other staff I dealt with.

Luckily I was able to get my money back. Would not advise staying in this hotel.

    1. Day 1, went through 9 key cards, They did not touch my cell phone. Toilet ran all night. No plate on the door to secure it. Day 2, Moved me to suite, the lock did not lock. Moved me to another room, A/C plug was not connected to the wall. Electrical outlet was broke. Milk left in the refrigerator. Will not recommend this for a visit ever. No bacon or sausage for breakfast. Staff was friendly. Room are not worth the price. I have picture to back up what a say.

I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!! Outside appearance was horrid. Rooms looked "alright" as in the rooms are outdated. They had no air conditioning in the room when we first arrived. It took the window a/c around 30 minutes for it to be comfortable enough to even sleep. Not enough parking spaces- had to park in the parking lot of the hotel next door. The room smelled bad. Customer service is terrible. Waited to talk to the person on the phone several minutes. She would ask me a question then do something else and a minute later ask me another question then ignore me for another minute. The experience with Days inn was HORRID!

Common area locks all broken. Easy access to anyone. Smelly, and A/C didn't work at all in hallways and the one in the room sounded like a freight train. Not up to participate with any other days Inn I've stayed at. Road construction was horrible and bad location.

Day time staff very friendly and helpful! Affordable pricing for the rooms. Pet friendly. Kind of out dated but improving.. Overall not a bad place to stay for a few nights.

Poor front desk location, phone in room doesn't work, square pillows are weird for hotel use, needs larger pillows, very outdated rooms, still have tube tvs, and you can here other rooms showers, dead bolts are extremely hard to lock, would not recommend this place to stay, pay extra to stay at hyatt, or Wyndham

Needs major updates. We had to check-in through a window at the office, could not go inside. One of our rooms that was non-smoking smelled like smoke. The other room we could not get in with the key card. Went back to the office and got two more and those did not work either so we got a refund and left. The ice machine was also not working.

Changed rooms twice, both not cleaned, 2nd of the 3 had the door propped open and was wrecked. Good to stay for a cheap quick night but thats it. Rob at the front desk was a jackass and did not want to work with us. Took pictures of the second room wish I could post them.

I was bit on my shoulder and near my armpit twice within the first 3 nights of staying here in room #3348 (south building). After looking for what bit me,I researched the small, brown, spade shaped bodied bug that I had seen near the baseboard of the wall behind the rooms small nightstand. I was bit by a common bed bug. I let the front desk know what had happened and they were nice enough to switch my room. After 2 great bite free nights I receive a call saying that the employee whom checked me in originally made a mistake and I have to check out posthaste. Front desk staff Judy was very generic and extremely short with her explanation as to what her employee did wrong.
The Wi-Fi drops every 20minutes or so, I have seen at least three 12packs of long neck bud light bottles in disarray near 1 of 2 trash can's every night I've been here ( 6 nights total). Homeless people in the hallways at night was enough to keep me in my room with both locks done.
